Needed 2 trailer tires in a pinch! Called they had 4 tires in the size I needed, walked in 20 min later and Will the sales rep said it would take about an hour and fifteen minutes to complete, HA! Only took 15 min!!! Would highly recommended staff was amazing. read more

I have been a customer for almost 2 years. They are professional, polite and decently priced. I had my brakes done last year. I had some noise coming from what I thought was my brakes. I have moved to Iowa but I drove back to Dixon, IL to have them change my oil and look at my brakes. They made sure I left completely satisfied! Brad was wonderful! Will explained everything to me. Never again will I use their service. Got an estimate and went in a few days later to have the work done. It was supposed to take about 5 hours. Eight hours later they still were not done and then told me that they could not do some of the things that they gave me an estimate for. Their price was higher than other quotes I had but I decided to go with them because in the past they had always done good work for me. Not this time. A day after the work my engine light came on. They left oil all over the inside of my wheels/brakes which I had to come back and have them clean it off. Just overall terrible service and I am now through with Moore Tires. read more

I needed to get 4 tires replaced on my car and got price quotes from a couple shops.They were more than generous working with me on pricing to make sure I was getting the best deal. A special thank you goes out to Sam whom I dealt with and have to say was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm not sure the name of the installer who put my tires on and balanced and aligned everything but he did a terrific job also. I will most certainly recommend Moore Tires to family and friends. I needed my tires changed due to someone slashing I had to call the police to report the incident, these guys came out to my house & fixed my tires for me this made my life so much easier I am very grateful. On vacation 6,000 miles from home it was late in the afternoon have to leave for home tomorrow my 2021 Ram 2500 Cummins engine lights indicated needing serviced, and tires rotated. 4:00 I text Moore Tires requested an after 4:00 service I was for sure the answer would be no. A prompt very reasonable estimate was texted back to me by the boss. Brad met me at the door and my truck was immediately taken to the work bay. Unique parts and special oil had to be ordered. All parts were delivered and within 15 minutes. Tires were balanced and rotated, the fuel and oil filters were changed along with the 12 gallons Rotel synthetic oil. During the service they checked my truck for other service points and advised me of future service mandates and recalls. They took the vehicle on a test run checked for leaks and re-torqued all the wheels. Without additional charges, Brad, the Shop Forman and Crew stayed after hours finishing my service. The truck was responding great, but back at the motel I was having apprehensive thought about the long upcoming journey home I had a couple of concerns I forgot to inquire about, so around 7:30pm I text my concerns knowing full well a response would not be forthcoming till the next business day. Surprisingly around 8:00pm the Boss after consulting with his Shop Forman responded and text me back, answered my questions and gave me confidence I needed to proceed. You good folks are lucky I don't get this type of service where I come from. In closing I highly recommend Moore Tires for your tire and service needs, what a great crew. Thanks Again read more
