I had some issues with it (all body related) and my boys Julian and Nick took great care of me and my little red truck. They analyzed the issues and made repair recommendations, and came up with a quote that I could afford. They did three of the four repairs, in less than a day, at about 1/2 the quote price, and referred me to a body shop for the fourth repair, because that kind of work is not in their wheelhouse. I am so grateful for the guys at Butitta Auto in Oregon, Illinois. Following a previous visit, I happened to call the shop after they'd closed for the day. I didn't leave a message, but apparently my caller ID showed up. Julian was still in the shop and noticed the "missed call," and he called me back, just to make sure I was okay, and not experiencing another problem with my truck. That really touched my heart! I'm a disabled veteran, and vehicle reliability is key to my peace of mind and safety, when I'm out and about. They're honest, caring, trustworthy, and always put the customer's needs first, while ensuring the safety and reliability of the vehicle, to keep us safe. Called to explain the issue and then again when the car was ready. Evaluated the issue in the morning, had it narrowed down by lunch, and had the new part installed and tested by the afternoon (same day). Other garages seems to work on the theory that they will get your car, when they get to it. That wasn't my experience at all with Papa's garage.
