They diagnosed the issue quickly and still took the time to check everything else. Turned out it was a heater hose (which is pretty common in my vehicle). They had to order the part and do an oil change, but everything was done by 8 a.m. the next morning! I'm more than satisfied. Oh--and when you get your oil changed there, they give you 6 months of roadside assistance! How cool is that? The customer service is amazing--everyone's all smiles, and they don't rush you out the door. They're happy to chat or explain what's going on with your car. Amazing core values and great prices! . Called to explain the issue and then again when the car was ready. Evaluated the issue in the morning, had it narrowed down by lunch, and had the new part installed and tested by the afternoon (same day). Other garages seem to work on the theory that they will get your car, when they get to it. That wasn't my experience at all with Papa's garage.
