I actually had 3 other guys come out on separate occasions . Two of them diagnosed the same…read moreproblem. The first guy ordered parts and when scheduled, he didn't call or show up. Second company was way too expensive! Third person actually replaced suggested parts from first two diagnostics and then suggested I needed my quick disconnect outside breaker box replaced. My A/c worked for a few hours and quit again! BestBuild & Roofing (Docar) came out and replaced breaker box (quick disconnect), and carefully inspected ALL A/c unit parts and furnace parts, and fixed wiring issues! Stayed over 5 hrs to insure everything was working properly, and also fixed a light switch dimmer that I had a problem with. He is very professional and very reasonably priced! I am very pleased with his work!

And, with the Holidays coming up, it'd be after the first of the year While he didn't do any work for me, he response would definitely have me consider him in the future. While the response to the Yelp RFQ was timely, he was quite busy (good for him). But, it would take about a week before he could do even come and give me a quote. And, while I could have waited, I've been waiting a month on other guys, too. But, he said he'd contact me to see if I still need the work done.
