They painted the interior of our last home in 2018, stained a deck for us in 2020, and painted the interior of the new construction home we've lived in for just over a year. Each time they have responded to our inquiry promptly, communicated clearly regarding job pricing, timing, and expectations, and completed the work on (or ahead of) schedule. I was expected to remove pictures and anything else attached to the walls, and the crew handled outlet plates, blinds, and everything else. They were efficient, polite, and we are extremely pleased with the results. For all three jobs, we've found the pricing to be competitive and everyone from the estimators to the project managers to the crews have gone out of their way to make sure we're happy with the work. We won't hesitate to use Foothills again when the time comes.

We felt confident in that decision because he had worked with us previously. It's been 56 days of broken promises, scheduled arrival dates only to be stood up with endless excuses and the worst part is absolute silence week after week. Joshua immediately cashed the check and since has not shown up to do the work. We have his texts confirming dates and now shows. He confirmed via text the week of June 15. We rearranged our schedule to accommodate his. My husband drove from Denver at 6am in the morning to meet Joshua Rios. My husband waited all day and all week in vain for Joshua to show. We called. We texted. He ghosted us. Joshua Rios is very good at that Ghosting. So we started texting him to get our money back. Check is in the mail!!! Nada So we kept trying. He texted us "the check was in the mail" and then blamed the Post Office inability to deliver. Today's text from Joshua Rios made us the bad guys. According to him, our urgent and consistent efforts to get our money back was "inappropriate". But 56 days of getting our hopes up that he would show only to be stood up over and over and over, then asking for our money back has left us exhausted, disappointed, frustrated and astounded to be treated so badly. We are retired on a fixed income doing our best to live with dignity and respect. We will not let this horrible experience take either away.
