If I could give zero stars or negative stars; I Would! - Misrepresentation, Damage to My Home, and Refusal to Return Payment Do not hire Jerome Archuleta / 360 Vizionz. I hired Jerome for exterior repair and painting work and paid a substantial deposit based on his representation that he was a licensed contractor working with a business partner. That was not accurate. (I realize this was my mistake but the lies started from the beginning). When problems started, I tracked down the individual he claimed was his partner. He came to my home, confirmed he is NOT affiliated with Jerome in any way, and stated clearly that the preparation work performed was completely incorrect. The work done to my home was not just poor--it was damaging. The prep and "sealing" under the siding was done improperly and in a way that multiple professionals have since told me has led to failure and has required costly correction. To verify this, I brought in four independent contractors. I gave them no background. Each one immediately identified the prep as severely deficient. More than one described it as some of the worst prep work they had ever seen. There were also repeated inconsistencies about materials--what I was told would be used did not match what was actually delivered or applied. I never received the supplies that I paid for!!! At the same time, there was a pattern of no-shows and shifting explanations. (Everything from a diabetic-attack to his non-existent van broke down) ... I was repeatedly told he was "coming back to finish," but he failed to show up and the work remained incomplete. It became clear he did NOT have the skill nor ability to properly complete or correct the job. I ultimately had to terminate him. I then requested a refund for the work that was not completed, supplies that weren't provided, and for the damage caused. He has refused to return any money. As a result, I paid for work that was not done correctly, was left with damage to my home, and now have to spend additional money to fix it. This experience involved misrepresentation, non-performance, and financial loss. Verify licensing and credentials independently before hiring. PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION - he will misrepresent who he is in business with as well as his credentials. His references are also NOT valid. read more

I hired him to do drywall for me, I have a unique texture on my walls and I expressed repeatedly how important it was to hire someone who was sure they could replicate the texture. He assured me he would get it done right. Long story short, after paying him a small fortune, it turned out so bad I now have to pay another person to re-do it. When I expressed my disappointment in the texture he dismissed me and responded by telling me the "walls look nice". I'll let the people reading this review decide for themselves how the walls look‍...see attached pics. However, that's not the worst part, the thing that actually made me mad enough to write a bad review was the state in which he left our house. He just left tape, smeared drywall mud, and piles of dust in every room he worked in. It was a nightmare to clean up....literally hours of cleaning! I have renovated 3 houses floor to ceiling and never have I had anyone leave a mess like Jerome did. He literally didn't even lay down cover on our brand new floors upstairs before he mudded, sanded, and textured. He also doesn't cover anything with plastic; we had to cover things with plastic ourselves. Every other drywall and painter I've used has covered everything in plastic. I kept telling myself not to worry, it would all get cleaned up....I was wrong and it cost me LOTS of time and $$$$! UPDATE: I saw Jerome's response. On top of everything else, he is not honest. We never said we'd clean up his mess and he knows it....hence the reason he couldn't post the "screenshot" he claimed he has showing me saying it. He's just flat out lying to save face. We also didn't "rush him out the door". In fact, he was the one who rushed out the door because he said he had another job he needed to start on in Castle Rock and we actually had to ask him to stay and complete the work he had committed to. Also, he didn't actually finish the work we contracted him to do, which is why he didn't get paid the full amount and he knows that's why. He said he'd "forgot" part of the repairs and didn't have time to clean up, yet he didn't mention that in his response at all....just said we owe him money...hmm. He also definitely didn't do any unpaid "extra work" like he's claiming. I literally paid this man $2,494....the remaining $756 (not $766) was not paid because of the work that was not done. He did offer to come back at a later date to complete the work he "forgot", but his texture was so bad and he left such a mess that I decided it would be crazy to bring him back! He also failed to mention to all of you that he told me before I hired him that he was bringing in a finisher with 40 years of experience to do the texture on my walls and charged me $1200 for the finisher's services alone....the finisher didn't end up doing the texture as promised, because Jerome said he didn't like his work and he thought he could do better himself. Lastly, I did have 2 (not 3) other people do drywall texture in other areas. I absolutely did NOT fire them, but I didn't love how the texture turned out, which is why I repeatedly told Jerome I was only looking to hire someone who was certain they could replicate the texture. Jerome assured me he could get it done right...but he definitely couldn't, as shown by the pics of his work. In fact, he charged more than all of them and his work was the worst looking texture of all. read more

Miracle Clean-up job from Hell!! Apartment building dumpster area desperately needed cleaning for business and residents. Jerome came through and immediately started working with the other shops to find a pressure washer hookup to begin the work. Community was more than happy to help get the project done as a part of an effort to keep the area clean from consistent homeless activity. Was super tough to find someone to get this done quickly and help remove the mess that had piled up from constant dumpster diving. This was a Dirty Job worthy of that Discovery show with Mike Rowe, and at the end Jerome was still smiling. Left the area clean, Quick close out and offered additional services for the future. Jerome is the man! I was in a pretty bad spot after the original guy I hired left me high and dry two days before the job was supposed to start. Luckily, not only was Jerome willing to come give me a quote that same day, he quickly set my mind at ease and then just started boosting my confidence from there with his perfect mix of professionalism, kindness, and 'let's do it' mentality. As soon as we shook hands, the process was perfect. Great, consistent, and helpful communication with updates on their progress throughout. I had given Jerome and his guys a pretty tight deadline for not only painting walls, but ceilings, trim, and replacing baseboards, and they met it beautifully! During the walkthrough, I couldn't believe that what I was looking at was the same house I had left in their hands earlier that week. 360 Vizionz did an excellent job on my little basement remodel! I wanted to leave the ceiling exposed, so it can just be painted to allow for as much height as possible. But I also wanted the walls finished all the way to the subfloor oh above. They were able to frame in between the floor joists and finish the walls! This also helped seal off some cigarette smoke smell that was coming from my neighbors unit. Lastly, I needed to maximize my space, so they helped remove a corner that used to hold the washer and dryer, and moved my washer and dryer to the new hookups upstairs. They went above and beyond to help me get this project done on a very limited budget. We saved money by recycling materials and talking through all the options to get the job done. Jerome just completed a color update on an extra bedroom in our house. Only walls and no trim or ceiling. There were nail holes and a rough patch in the plaster, as well as a long crack. I was willing to let go of a perfect fix on those in favor of low cost and quick. However, Jerome exceeded my expectations. He is the type of professional who cares about the quality of his work, and is willing to go the extra mile. It ended up taking an extra day and another trip to the paint store because he wanted to fix all those things. He even ended up touching up some of my trim which wasn't included in the bid. He did all of it with a positive attitude and clear communication. The end job looks really nice and I plan on keeping him in mind for future jobs. I should not have had Jerome do my "extra" project. I should have just stuck with the painting project. He would have gotten a 5 star review. However... That isn't what happened. At the end of the original painting project, I asked he if he does other types of work and he enthusiastically said he did! I had him come in my home and he did some measurements and gave me an excellent price! In fact, he started work on it almost immediately! Then it stopped for a bit... He would swing by a few days later and did some more work and then stop, then swing by again days later than stop (lather, rinse, repeat). The work was progressing and it seemed like it was decent quality work. Since he gave me a good price and I wasn't in a huge hurry, I was ok with the disjointed nature of how he was doing the job. There were a few quality issues, but he assured me that he would fix everything and to be fair, he did fix the biggest issue thankfully. He and his team got my project to about 90% complete, however there was still patching, quality repair issues, painting, clean up and disposal of the trash left behind. When this all started to fall apart was when he started to miss the days he said he would come by (with NO phone call) and then eventually stopped calling me back. I don't know what happened to him, but the fact is, he ghosted me. I can only assume he didn't want to finish what we agreed to. So here I am buying stuff from Home Depot to finish the job myself. The tasks were fairly small in nature (although time consuming), but the cleanup & trash left behind was bigger then I expected. He was paid in full, obviously it is this situation that you withhold payment towards the very end of the project. Not an ideal situation but it is a lesson learned. **Update - He finally texted me, with no explanation and NO apology. However, I had already finished everything and his services were no longer needed. The quality of work was OK, but since he didn't finish the job (at the 100% level) I CAN NOT recommend him. read more

I had 4 different companies come out to provide an estimate for an interior painting project. The project included repainting the walls and trim on the primary floor of our house, as well as an upstairs hallway. Jerome was super responsive and ultimately provided a very reasonable estimate for the scope of work. We actually had him paint two bedrooms as well. He was actually able to get members of his crew to start that project the same day! I actually put myself through college by painting houses, so I am very particular about painting within my house.
