This is not tour professional dentist like you get in a hometown office. It is very corporate…read moredriven and they upsell you to death for unnecessary services. Luckily I see through this BS and like the dentist said during my first visit since moving here, if everyone had my teeth, dentists would be bankrupt. Review your treatment plan closely. I was told all I needed was a cleaning but when I got home they included a $16 fee for Fluoride which I do not need. Be prepared to wait hours during at least your first visit. It takes forever for them to jump through their required hoopla-dog and pony show. The hygienist attempts to sell everyone a deep cleaning even me before the dentist checked my mouth. I believe they get bonuses to upsell-proceed with caution!

Went as a new patient for my "free tooth clean" HOWEVER came out with a bill for over $5647. They…read moreinsisted I needed a deep cleaning at over $800 and a small filing at $300 and a Invisalign system at over $3000. My patient out of pocket would be $3449.80 but do not worry i can finance that at 39% interest rate !!! Unbelievable and when you look at the bill carefully they are trying to charge $135 for a new tooth brush and mouth wash at $33. ABSOUTE RIP OFF There were other people in the waiting room and all 3 other patients were told they needed a deep cleaning, so effectively even if you pay for this special deep cleaning you will still NEVER get your free preventative twice yearly clean because you will always need to pay for the deep clean - year righty

Rashe Dentistry has been bought out by Dr. Clabough. My wife and I recently went for our smi-annual…read more teeth cleaning. The hygienist was very good but then the problems started. Dr Clabough told both of us that that we needed crowns. Me two and her one. We told them we were not interested. While waiting for my wife's cleaning two other patents came out, both needing crowns. The total for that day was seven. Seems strange that everyone needed crowns. A week later I received a letter from my insurance company with a quote for crowns. We called them and was told that the dentist requested it. We were also told that this dentist was not in their network. The dentist office did not inform us of that, nor die we give permission for them to contact our insurance company for a quote on crown work. The only reason I am giving a two star review is because of the hygienist Buyer be ware of this dentist practice. My wife and I will not be going back, we do not trust this man!

When I showed up I was then taken back to the room where my procedure was to be taken place. I was then asked if I had insurance which I did but they could not locate me. I then pulled up my card which had an error on the card but when given the correct info they still could not navigate their insurance portal. Then told me they would have to reschedule when they had the correct info. My issue is no one contacted me prior to my visit to get this info. They waited till I got in the chair then said I would either have to pay the full price or reschedule. I find this to be very unprofessional. I also am not the only person they have done this to, so I highly caution against using them.

This So-called Dentist should not be doing root canals. He should only be doing cleanings if that…read moremuch! He did a root canal on a back tooth for me and drilled past the apex of the tooth, into my jaw causing me 4 weeks of missed work and a hospital visit due to him leaving debris down in my jaw causing me to lose 20 lbs. in 5 days due to severe pain, severe dehydration, and an infection that almost killed me! After I told him what I went through he said we could fit you in his busy schedule for a post op checkup in two days! That was a long time after what I had been through! So, I went for my appt. showing up 30 minutes early, thinking I could get seen faster, only to get the hint of what seemed like I was just a nuisance. When I see him, he takes x-rays and says everything looked great and I was feeling phantom pains. Pretty strong phantom pains, I say, and I do not agree and feel like there is still something wrong! I tell him I feel this tooth when I touch it and I feel my heartbeat in it and I do not want a crown on top of a problem! He then sees another tooth needing fixed and he says we can help for another $6700.00 on top of the $3000.00 for a root canal and crown and the hospital visit and the time off work! So, I tell him I cannot afford to use him, and I did not trust him anymore and to please reimburse me for the second half which was still two weeks away! They got very upset and started yelling at me, causing me emotional distress on top of everything else, because times are hard and money is not easy for people working for a living right now! They then told me, "The crown has already been ordered and I would be paying for it!" With a Very snotty tone! So,I then went to another dentist who confirmed what I was experiencing was due to either dirty tools or not cleaning out all the debris and i had to get that tooth removed! I hope this helps someone else from experiencing this same set back from his mistakes!
