When I confronted him and explicitly asked if it was a genuine Apple battery, he lied to my face and said it was. However, the phone immediately flagged it with an 'Unknown Part' warning because it was a fake. Worse, during this sloppy work, he physically damaged my internal volume button flex cable--causing ghost screenshots and random Siri activations. When I returned, he tried to blame my 'motherboard' to avoid fixing it. I wasn't having it. He then changed his story and claimed my iPhone had all those issues when I first brought it in. I asked him: "Why would you have even tried fixing the battery if the phone was already broken like that?" He had no answer. I ended up embarrassing him in front of a lobby full of customers, and he backed down and refunded my credit card on the spot. Do not trust them. I had to buy a new iPhone because of this nightmare. I could have just gone to an Apple Authorized Dealer for $89, but this place charged me $129 just to break my phone!

I've been totally frantic believing all my info and photo's (I'm a photographer) were lost and Darin got them working wonderfully. Having dealt with other computer service centers I was not very trusting of anyone, but Darin's shop was referred to me by a friend and I was desperate. He put my mind at ease and had my computer fixed and running great when he told me it would be done. I have even called him with questions and he graciously answered them on the phone. I will NOT take my computers anywhere else. Should I decide to get a desktop I will come here and have him custom build one. All he cared about was money. I asked him to talk to my husband and he refused, demanded my money by getting in my face, and left. I will never use this moving company ever again.
