The reality was it took TWO MONTHS to get my device back and I was charged around $150. I had to call them multiple times, stuff always came up with them. I understand that things happen, but they never called us about our device. We always had to call them and there was always a new excuse as to why my device wasn't ready. This seems highly unprofessional and I do not recommend this place to fix your devices. What was supposed to be a simple HDMI cable fix turned out to be far more expensive and time consuming than it was worth. If this place is your only option to get a device fixed, I'd recommend to save your time and money and just buy a new device.

Very reasonable pricing and very fast with his craft. I had an instrument cluster on a 2013 Chevy Malibu that was working intermittently.
