When I called to see if there was any way I could place a rush on my order, there was no hesitation. The order was complete the very next day, and they called to advise me as such. Unfortunately, the shirts were not correct. Each print was defective and not centered on the shirts. I informed them of the issues, and the manager tried to say it was my design. I came back the next day with proof it wasn't my design. Then the manager told me she was frustrated because they had issues with their DTG printer. "After all, it's old and needs to be serviced." I asked to speak to the owner about a refund for the prints. I ask why would they take on business with an inconsistent/broken printer. I was surprised by how unprofessional and inconsiderate the owner was. The owner told me that the shirts were my problem and I was lucky to get a refund from her. I walked away with a refund for less than half the money I spent and a very unpleasant experience.
