I paid my deposit on March 3 and was told everything would be done in a couple of weeks time, they didn't give an exact time frame. I patiently waited to get updated on the progress and the only time I was ever updated was when I called to see when the installation would take place. I worked with Chris Paolini and every time I called he would tell me someone would be contacting me in a week. After being given the run around for a few weeks I had finally had it this week. I called at the beginning of the week and gave them one more shot and Chris assured me that someone would be calling me on Friday. Friday came and still no call so I called this afternoon and politely asked for a refund. I was tired of getting the run around and just wanted my deposit back. Chris refused because magically they "started printing the graphics just this morning". I highly doubt that, and they are only saying that so they can weasel out of a refund. The communication throughout this whole experience was horrible, like I said the only updates I got were when I called. If it was going to take longer they should have communicated that. Chris agreed that the communication wasn't good and instead of doing the right thing and just giving us our money back they frantically started printing out the graphics just so they could try and salvage things on their end. Very disappointed with the whole experience and do not recommend.

Left three different phone messages at the company, only to find out TODAY that the person whose voice mail all calls were shunted to no longer works at the company. Tried to pick up the sign a week after ordering. Company supposed to be open 9-5. Front door locked at 3. Left 2 voice mails for owner on another phone number. No reply. Made two trips to the company to pick up the sign. Finally, on the second one, the company was open. Operation (from my standpoint) is pathetic. Company will get no more business from me, despite glowing Facebook posts. This company appears to be a side business, as the owner also has a web presence as a Realtor. There are plenty of other screen printing companies around. Stay away from this one, unless you can handle bad customer service.
