I asked if this was a FedEx drop off location even though I had looked online first. She said yes and I said good because I had a heavy box to drop off. All of a sudden the man, who I thought might be a lonely local just chatting up the employee, interrupted to say they wouldn't take heavy boxes. I asked why since they were a drop off location. He said because they couldn't be expected to move a heavy box themselves. I said "FedEx will take care of it." He just said "we won't take it."
