When I explained to the officer how poor the work was and that the job was not completed, he left, telling Mr. Carroll he would be arrested for trespassing if he cam back. They contacted State Farm regarding our roof, explained to us the process & findings that warranted roof replacement. Laura informed us of status of the claim throughout the entire process. It was a long process, but was stress-free, thanks to Laura. She went over & explained the detailed of final insurance approval with us, what was covered & what wasn't. They hired public adjuster on our behalf at no extra cost to us. There were no hidden "service fees" or "supplemental" costs. They were sticking to the contract & did what they promised. We paid for back porch painting & repairs of our damaged sidings. When painting the barn, they replaced all the damaged woods without being reminded or told to. Charlie, who worked with Laura, would check on work progress when Laura couldn't. They listened & made sure that we were happy with the work.
