Pellas Towing & Recovery did a great job for me the other evening !…read more I was on I-80, I had a flat tire and as trucks flew-by I realized I needed some assistance because I couldn't get to my Jack or lug-wrench, it was getting dark and starting to rain... not the best conditions on that stretch of highway... I called two places & got their voice-mail... I called Pellas & they picked-up right away. I told the dispatcher of my situation, I sent him my GPS location and he dispatched a Service Technition with service truck to my location. The Technician was there with-in 30 minutes, which considering there were no exits or on-ramps near-by was faster than I expected. The Technician had a well equipped truck, all pneumatic tools (compressor / air Jack & lug-wrench...). He was fast, safe and professional. I took my car here as a last resort because nobody could break the year old outer tie rod end…read moreloose, they said they could. They called me later that day and said they couldn't either, which I didn't care about, tie rod ends are cheap so I ordered two new ones (they were going to have to destroy the current ones to take them off). Fast forward a day, they call and say that now they can't get the inner tie rod end to break loose from the adjusting sleeve. I still figure, whatever, things happen so I order new inners and new adjusting sleeves. I dropped it off Thursday night, just went and picked it up today (Monday). I was charged $300 for what I was told was "8 hours of labor that they were only charging me 4 for". The inner tie rod ends on my car are literally held in place with -one- bolt, and a bolt that's only a year old too, because they were also replaced less than a year ago. That wouldn't even be so bad, but the car still pulls pretty heavily to the left. I could probably call and drop it back off, but then I'm stuck without a car for the third time and I have a full work week ahead, so that isn't really an option. I guess that's lesson learned, maybe I'm just unlucky.

The entire staff was friendly and asking if we needed anything.Unfortunately it was major engine repair. He gave me some recommendations on what to do, and also let me leave the vehicle so it could be towed. I wanted to buy the shop lunch, and he said that was not necessary. He said this is how I would want my family to be treated if they were stuck. If I lived locally, this is where I would bring my vehicle for service.
