Actually, KK offered to host a show of mine when another venue cancelled last minute and it saved us. How sweet is that? Also, 2 weeks seems like a pretty fair amount of time to cancel and I'm sure they weren't dicks about it because they seem like pretty nice guys. If you're a musician looking for a rehearsal space definitely look into this place. Just the walk to the building from the Carroll Street stop was so cool (old abandoned buildings! The G above the Gowanus!). Now, I don't work here so I can't really give a real review on the recording spaces but the building itself is a relic of American history and its been beautifully redone on the inside. The courtyard where we watched the movie was spacious and had awesome acoustics.
