Surprised my boyfriend with a happy hour special studio session (12am-5am) and he LOVED IT! I initially called to set up a tour before deciding on this studio. I met the owner and one other gentleman and they were sooooooo nice! They built their studio all by hand and it is BEAUTIFUL! The state of the art equipment is just the beginning. The rooftop is perfect for studio breaks and the art work makes for an awesome environment to work in! Upon arrival there was a session that ran over, the assistant apologized and promised we would be able to work passed our scheduled end time in order to make up for the time lapse (not to mention he made us some pretty good tea) overall this studio is ONE OF A KIND and I would recommend it to every artist I know! I found The Brewery Recording Studio by chance, through a group of local film-makers. I am very thankful that I did. The studio and crew provided a very professional environment. Their rates are reasonable and highly competitive. I only used the facility to get a track mastered, but I must agree with the other posts, that Andrew Krivinos is an excellent engineer, and FAST. This studio definitely has a good vibe. Good outboard gear. Great engineers. They only have one control room + live room which is nice because you can rent the whole space for a full day bring your friends and have a BBQ at their massive rooftop, while you are making music.
