We had a nice stay here. The rooms were clean. The sales manager was very accommodating with a mixup and bad experience I had dealing with Priceline. Parking can be tough if you get back late though. The front desk staff and the room attendants were nice. It's right off of the highway and there are multiple shopping centers and plenty of restaurants close by. One thing they could improve on is adding streaming apps to the viewing options. If I'm the area, I would stay here again. Oh and the rooms were nice and spacious. read more

This hotel is very well maintained. The gym is one of the best hotel gyms I've seen. All the equipment works well. They have multiple weights and benches. The rooms are super clean. The desk attendant Daniela is just the nicest sweet young lady I've met in a very long time. What a great employee! Such an asset to the hotel and Hilton brand. This hotel is really nice! I was super impressed with the size and quality of the rooms. The breakfast options were vast and so good. On Saturday we had delicious biscuits and gravy, and they have chocolate chips to add to the waffle maker, along with a wide range of cereals, yogurt, bread, eggs and sausage. Sunday didn't have the biscuits and gravy which was tragic but breakfast was still good. They also have a lot of syrups and toppings. The gym has a variety of machines including a Peloton bike, and you can even request a room with workout equipment in it to work out in the comfort of your own "home." Can't wait to stay at another Homewood Suites in the future! read more

We arrived for a 3 day weekend and had booked a King Suite. The "check in" staff was polite and helpful. We had "chatted" online with another member and knew that they had a list of restaurants that were "recommended". This list was also helpful in making our food choices. We were disappointed that their "travel showcase" carried FAR MORE info about other Texas locations and nothing about the immediate area (which is something that we were told that it did). Our king suite was spacious and clean. My husband enjoyed the powerful shower head in the shower...but, the mattress was a bit too firm for our liking. Additionally , the QR code near the TV, plus internet reservations "check in" tips....didn't give us ANY info on how to use the TV/and the guide. We ended up having to contact the front desk to get a quick tutorial and have our TV cable fixed. This was done in expeditious fashion....which was a good thing. The hotel breakfast, especially the eggs/chorizo option, was better than most. However, we wished they offered the egg/chorizo breakfast taco option everyday....and not on select days. We were also disappointed that their hotel did not have a hot tub....which we were led to believe via the third party booking agency. Even tho this hotel is right by I-45, we didn't hear any interstate traffic noise. Since we arrived promptly at check in time, the 3rd story rooms weren't ready yet. Upon reflection, I wished we had NOT settled for the 2nd floor as we listened to foot stomping/foot steps/ running feet and noise for two of the three nights we were there. We did appreciate the fact that the cleaning crew WILL come into your room everyday unless you post your privacy hang tag. Nowadays, it seems like MORE hotels skip this perk when you stay multiple days. All in all, we would stay here, again. read more

Stayed here one night as we still had another 24 hours until we could get into our new home. Little did we realize how close to our new home we really were. We have never stayed at a Homewood Suite before and we were pleasantly surprised. Beautiful and clean with a spacious room, we really enjoyed our night in this hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows nice and the few amenities we used were great. The free continental breakfast was absolutely delicious and helped us start our day our right. The staff was very friendly and professional and we will recommend this Homewood Suites to anyone who needs a place to stay in the Conroe area. read more

Very clean and well kept hotel. I never use the shampoo and conditioner but this time I forgot mine and was impressed with the quality provided by the hotel. The shower had great pressure and heat, with big fluffy towels to dry with. The breakfast had great variety. Perfect spot for a team playing in a softball tournament. read more

Phnominal! I'm a Hilton points girl, so it's all Hilton all the way for us. Love the digital check in/check out, and everything in-between. Our daughter recently moved to Conroe, so one of the first things I did was look for Hilton properties. I was so impressed by this place! I know it's been around about three years, but it looked brand new...both in the lobby/common areas and in the rooms. We stayed in room 512, and since We were going to be there for a while, I grabbed a few groceries to take advantage of the kitchen in the room. The room was very clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. I'm attaching pictures of our room (512). We were a bit nervous coming here because there weren't many reviews but I'm glad we took a chance. The hotel smelled really nice and clean at all hours. The hotel staff- all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is nicely designed and has a lot of great amenities including a little gym area, a computer and printing station, a pool, etc. We got a studio king room with a little kitchen. It was super cute, clean and comfortable. Overall we had a great time here and would stay here again. read more

Awesome, very clean Hotel and Suite. Staff were wry nice and professional. The Suite is very clean, smells great. I had to laugh, as when they re-touched up the walls, you can see where the color does not match at all, spots everywhere. But, the clean , spotless room makes up for that. I'm a Hilton brand fan girl & points junkie, so I'll skip the basics (service, toiletries, digital key, etc - all great stuff) and get to the specifics of this location! Pros: super clean, beautiful hotel - quite new & they did a great job with this one! Amenities were great - pool, outdoor gas grills, happy hour with snacks & drinks, basketball court, fitness center, and my favorite... FITNESS SUITES with your own private gym in your room! Free breakfast was very good, all the basics but well done. The only con is that there are no in-room safes - I thought I was missing something when I couldn't find it, but I called the front desk and they confirmed that they'll lock your items up at the front desk... but that's not convenient for me at all so I didn't bother. Who wants to go back & forth to the front desk to retrieve valuables (passport, laptop, etc) that they may be using often but want to keep safe otherwise? Minor annoyance but worth noting. Overall I'd definitely stay here again if I had a need to be in the area again! read more

What a great place. Large rooms with microwaves, stove tops, large refrigerator and included utensils, pots / pans, plates and cups. Great gym with weights, aerobic equipment, pulleys, kettlebells and more. Pool outside was beautiful with several small palm trees and running water like a small fountain in the pool. They have a full breakfast everyday with various eggs, pastries, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, juices, milk, etc. They also have a dinner menu Monday-Thursday evening. Breakfast and dinner are included. Dinner had things like pasta, salad, chicken, potatoes, green beans, etc plus 2 types of beer on tap and red and white wines - self serve so between 5:30-7:30 pm it's all you can eat or drink. read more

Booked a room here for a one night stay between roadtrips. Had the cops called on me for a noise complaint for music I was playing off of my phone. Front desk pretended like they had no idea when I asked them about it. I am a business traveler and stay at a lot if Marriott properties and this was my first time experiencing this. Best hotel breakfast bar I've ever had. Make-your-own waffles included...what?!?...a chocolate chip option!! Plus a variety of syrups- even sugar-free. (That makes up for the chocolate chips, right?!?) Omelets were also available and amazing. Very nice location near lots of restaurants and shopping. Friendly service. read more

We arrived early , I understand rooms aren't always going to be ready right at 3pm but they told us our room would be ready by 3, it is 3:20 and we were told it was going to be another couple of minutes and everyone else is getting into their rooms instead of us right in front of our faces . Very inconvenient we are here for a wedding and have places we need to be. Do better . Always had good things to say about other Hilton's we stay at since we are Hilton rewards members , not too happy about this stay. read more

By far, best gym I've visited at a Hilton property. I travel weekly for work, strictly Hilton properties and gyms are mediocre at best. Not this one! This one is bigger than most, all equipment is newer and in good shape. They have wipes, water, towels, earbuds and pilates balls that arent deflated!
