SO this one had me again going back and forth between 3 and 4 stars. I eventually settled with 3 because of the general worn down feeling of this particular hotel and despite the excellent customer service. In particular when we traveled as a family we gravitated to Homewoods because of the amenties they offered. That is the rooms are mini studio apartments. It is not that we ever cooked, but rather the complementary dinner and a small kitchen / big fridge made stay so much more kid friendly. It is that family friendly concept that also may be the reason that this one looks in desperate need of renovation. First off the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. It is a relief after a long day to check in without a hassle. That being said, this place is near a major sports venue and gets a ton of traffic. There were plenty of scratches in the cabinetry and floors as well as a general worn out feeling. The carpet was also dirty. That being said my room was clean even after our now standard wipe down. I think given its location a refreshing of the interior would go a long way.

Won't be staying here again. When we come out to work, we normally stay in Palmdale by the Embassy, but we decided to try something different. Tip: if somethings good, there's no reason to change it. This hotel has has a bunch of underlying issues since the time me and my work team stayed here. Originally there were 7 of us here. When first checking in more than half of our team had issues with their rooms; over booking where they were told to change rooms in the following days, a/c broken, elevators out of service, water pipe burst. From our 2 weeks here, 5 of our 7 team member swapped hotels within the first 4-5 days, the only reason I didn't was because I didn't feel it necessary to move if I was only there for another 3-4 days. There were issues with homeless people on premises after hours, liquor and beer bottles on property which hasn't been picked up at all since I staying here. The branches could be shortened in the back, cause everyone loves branches in the face while walking. There's just a bunch of little things that would of definitely improved our stay but next time I think we'll book with what we know.

Shower is disgusting. Dirty, black, slimy floor and mildew/mold.

Pictures online are deceiving. It's dirty, moldy, bedding lacking mattress covers. Fold out couch bed is like sleeping on a chain link fence. Will not stay here again. Continental breakfast is ok. It's like.any other low end breakfast. Positive side is the girl maintaining the breakfast area was friendly, helpful. While we were at the breakfast bar another visitor put the whip cream tip in her mouth. Ewe. I quietly gave it to the attendant and let her know. For the rates they charge they need to improve!

Was assigned this hotel through my insurance company due to a flood. On mother's day of 2022, my children came to visit and make the best of it at the hotel. This day was extremely windy and a tree uprooted and damaged the back of my sons car that was parked in the assigned lot. I immediately reported and filed a claim thinking they would take of it. So, 3 weeks later, I'm still here and NO ONE EVER contacted me. Needless to say, SO appointed, I'm here out of necessity and they never reached out to me. #contactingcorporate

My son's car got damaged by a tree (newly poor planted tree) that blew over from the winds and they never got back to him as they promised they would do to take care of the damade

The perfect, quiet hotel that resides off the beaten path. The Homewood Suites brand by Hilton, has always been a comfy favorite of mine. My husband and I checked in late on a Saturday night, the hotel wasn't packed and yes, there was plenty of parking in the front and rear of the hotel. We booked an adorable 1 King Bed Studio Suite. It has a full kitchen (like your usual suites) and pull out sofa. Bathroom and vanity was nice too. TV a bit small for my liking, and it didn't spin all the way to face the bed, so that was my only complaint. There wasn't much of a view, as we were situated on the first floor facing a desolate road, but that's okay - it was a super quiet room. Not too many families or vacationers from what I saw, mainly corporate guests or contractors maybe. Breakfast was a breeze to get to, didn't have to wait in any line or bump elbows with other guests, as long as you get there early (within the first hour) you should be good. Eggs, sausage patties, fruit, waffles, juices, coffee/tea, oatmeal, bagels, and toast. A good, simple breakfast! They have a Sport Court! A basketball court outside by the barbecue grills and swimming pool. That's awesome. Didn't shoot any hoops, but I thought it was neat. Also, didn't use the fitness center or pool. If I were to ever be in this area again, I would definitely stay here.

Booked this place through work mainly because it was close to my offsite job, offers breakfast and has a small kitchenette. The person who checked me in was not very informative she did not offer any information, which part of the hotel I can enter and exit, parking etc. My room was not clean to my standards you'll see the shower pic, Yuck! Kitchen needs a lil remodeling. My main concern was the person cleaning did not do a good job. I didn't have my Creamer's replaced and the trash can in the kitchen was way too small. If your going to have a kitchen to cook in have a trash can to accommodate. The hotel overall was very clean, the kitchen staff very friendly and helpful. The food was decent. The rest of hotel staff was friendly. For 180 a night I would expect more, Hilton needs to step it up. I would have given it 2 stars but since the hotel was clean overall and most of the staff was friendly they get 3. I will state my concerns when I check out as this is the hotel closest to my job off site and my company uses.

We love Hilton as always but this one is the worst ever hotel experience i ever had specially Hilton. The room was so disgusting. Should have stayed at Hampton next door. I attached a few pictures but theres a lot more. Walls, flooring inside the room, ceiling fans are so dusty and many more. It might be an old hotel but still carrying the name of hilton is ashamed. If i could give O, i would. Staff were great but the hotel itself is so bad. Never coming back to this hotel.

Two hotels side by side; Hampton Inn (HI) & Homewood Suites (HS) are owned by Hilton & are basically the same type of room. I stayed at both within the last yr. HS was definitely better because yu get a hot breakfast and reception dinner M-F. But the dinner will be gone and little meats/cheeses on wed only. Hampton was cleaner HS had dirty/stained chairs, broken toilet seat, dirt and cracker crumbs on the floor. Obviously not cleaned and we're in in a pandemic!!! the proof is in the pics!!

I had stayed there this last weekend. Normally I love staying in this hotel and have stayed there multiple times, my last stay however left me disgusted and appalled and will never stay in this hotel again. Sunday as we were packing up I had my son bring me all the clothes from the closet. In the far back of the closet was a black plastic bag. Thinking we had forgotten something I had my son grab the bag for me. In this bag was a soiled diaper fecal matter. This diaper had been in the room all weekend with us. My clothes both clean and dirty were in the closet with this diaper. The blankets that I pulled out of the closet for my children to sleep with were in the same closet with this diaper. I am praying that myself or my family won't get sick. We informed hotel staff and I was told by manager Danielle that there was no proof of diaper and there's nothing that can be done about this. I have proof Pictures and my family was in the room upon discovery of diaper. I'm beginning to wonder what this hotels policy is on cleanliness. The windows were also filthy, and trash was spilt all over the back side of hotel with fecal matter by the trash. I'm asking for your help on this, as the hotel and their managers including Danielle and general manger Andrea Morris where not helpful nor appeared concerned regarding the health issues involved with this matter Sent from my iPhone

Roaches can carry bacteria, contaminate belongings, and are often a sign of a larger infestation. We found roaches in our room on arrival, which immediately made us question the cleanliness and safety of the entire property. At first, the staff refused to switch our room. When they finally moved us, it was to a smaller room, yet we were still charged the original 1-bedroom suite rate. They only offered a discount for 1 of our 3 nights despite the severity of the issue. To make matters worse, we found another roach in the new room as well. That confirmed this was not an isolated issue with just one room, but potentially a larger property-wide problem. Because of this, we now have to go home and unload all of our laundry outside, then thoroughly clean and disinfect all of our luggage and belongings to make sure we don't bring an infestation into our home. I want to be fair and say that we were polite and respectful throughout the entire interaction, and the staff we spoke with were polite as well. We did not make unreasonable demands or cause a scene. My disappointment comes from the fact that I expected management to treat this like the serious issue it is and go above and beyond to make things right, but that simply didn't happen. Management's overall response felt like "oh well," with little urgency, accountability, or meaningful effort to resolve the situation. Extremely disappointing customer service and an unacceptable experience.

Totally fine and what you would expect. Where things fell short for me was comfort and service. The first night, I requested two extra blankets (one for me and one for my husband) and was told they only had one available. I was given that one, but ended up cold and didn't sleep well. The next day, I asked again and it felt oddly interrogated, like I needed to justify why I wanted a second blanket. It was a weird experience. I promise I was not trying to construct a blanket fort...I just wanted to be warm and sleep comfortably. There was also no blow dryer in the room, which surprised me. After already feeling weird about the blanket situation, It was awkward to go back down and ask for that too. Then early Sunday morning a group was setting up in the meeting room they have directly across from our room. There was loud hallway traffic, people socializing right outside our door, the back door to the hotel propped open and people coming in and out, with equipment being dragged in, which made it pretty impossible to sleep. I understand events happen, but placing guests directly across from early morning setup felt avoidable. Overall, the property was clean, but the stay was not restful, and that is ultimately what I am paying for. I do not think I would choose this location again.

It's called "States" it's huge weekends for softball players. The best of the best come out from different cities to compete. Our city alone brought about 80 people here. Players, siblings, grandparents, parents. 22-24 different families. Only 2 families had their personal issues here, and those odds are not bad! The kids LOVED it here! I'm sorry you are not gonna get peace and quiet until about 1030-11pm. Kids were playing hide and seek, ding dong ditch. It's annoying for the moment, but when are kids gonna make those memories. They play their heart out all day and deserve it. So chill out! The food was great! Unlimited waffles are huge with the kids. As far as breakfast, just be nice and go to the front desk, and they'll accommodate you another ticket. They have burritos to go for all the early birds, toast, oatmeal, and cereal. 3-4 self-serve juices. They give complimentary drinks 1 per person. A small bar area! Yes, the pool is crowded, but if they were to try to crowd control!! Imagine how many people would be pissed! The only ones that ruin it are the drinking adults that can't control themselves. They have 2 bbqs, propane filled and ready to use. Restrooms and tvs in dining area. If you're worried about noise stay away from 1st floor and balcony rooms.
