I sent in a request for a quote the night before, via email. I called into the office the next morning, and the person who answered was very helpful and professional. They explained the pricing with details, which made it easy for me to choose what I wanted. The technicians showed up a few minutes early to the morning appointment, and unfortunately my phone ringer volume was off. I missed multiple attempts they made to try and reach me, and when I woke I went immediately outside to find one of the technicians digging. He explained that he reached out to the office and was told to go ahead with the work, which I was extremely thankful for. I apologized for not answering, and the technician was very understanding and professional. I called the office after speaking with him, and the office person thanked me for calling in and was also very polite/understanding. The task of pumping my septic tank was completed quickly, with no mess, and the dirt was replaced on top of the tank. It looked great, and will be easy for the grass to regrow over the tank. More importantly, the toilets were able to flush again. It's been 2 weeks since the tank was pumped and I have had no issues. I already recommended this company to my brother and will recommend them to anyone in need of a trustworthy, professional company to resolve their septic problems.

There are only three people in the house. I went out and started to investigate to find out that the company only pumped the drain field side of the tank, not both sides. I explained to her that firstly the pumped only one side of the tank, and secondly, the side of the tank that should have been pumped had never been uncovered and was still sealed with cement. I uncovered the second lid to show her. She then called the company who said it was her responsibility to inform the worker to clean both sides and that would cost more money! So, the lessons learned here are: if you have a septic, make sure BOTH lids are taken off and cleaned out. Also, get a firm price to pump both sides without a per gallon charge. Anyone posting a positive review about this company probably doesn't have a clue about the process and just keeps paying them! They said "you're family now!" And that it would all be covered. Failed inspection. Suddenly they wanted more money to fix it. They fixed the first error after more than a week delay, but failed a 2nd inspection!! ... because ... wait for it ... they reinstalled the backflow backwards!!! Had to come out to fix their 2nd totally incompetent mistake. I had been willing to accept that mistakes happen and not leave a review along with giving them the extra money for their time, but they went too far when they immediately sent the bill (for what they had promised to cover) that was marked Past Due the day they issued it. I was traveling and texted to let them know I'd pay once it was confirmed to pass inspection and I had a chance to make sure it was functioning (about a week). Nope, they demanded payment immediately. What kind of family is this? Consider this a notice of divorce, Personal Plumbers. Lady on the phone seems nice, though.

I had to use Champion on a Sunday evening as an emergency service when my non potable water line…read morestarted to leak due to a rusted pipe that burst. Someone picked up immediately, I believe her name was Christine. I let her know it's an emergency as the line was flooding into my lawn. Within half an hour, Sam arrived, diagnosed the issue and cut the line off. The busted pipe was on the city's side, and he advised me that while they can go ahead and fix the issue, it would financially be more beneficial for me to call the city and have them repair it and pick up the cost. Sam cut the non-potable water service off which resolved the issue until the city was able to come out and repair it. Despite Champion giving me a notice ahead of time that there is an upcharge since its afterhours, they only charged me about 160$ to come out and do the work as it was quick. Sam was extremely knowledgeable too and works with integrity, and Christine did an amazing job keeping me informed on the status. I hope I have the opportunity to use Champion Plumbing on future work.
