He is an excellent mechanic working on both my 2004 pickup and my 2023 Tesla Model Y. While not only a good mechanic Brandon is a good person. He is hard working and reliable. The prices are very fair with the added convenience of coming to you. I can't say enough good things and will absolutely use him again.

I had a couple of choices. Tow it to a shop with profession mechanics or go with a moble machanic that could come to me and fix it right here. Wow! HUGE mistake for trusting this guy! He set up an appointment to be here at 1pm, he finally showed up at 6pm. I was very nice to him and asked if I could watch the fix and maybe learn something. I learned one thing as he continually disappeared to his truck to be on the phone and smoke cigarettes. I assume he was watching a U tube video on how to do the job. It was clear he had no idea what he was doing. Eventually he got so frustrated with the fix he showed his true colors. He got angry and offensive. After hours we started up the car, he used his truck to jump start the car? Why would a real machinic not have a portable tool to do that? Car started and he drove away leaving the bill. Well, a couple minutes later the car died. Called him back to access what was up because he wanted $700 hundred dollar and I am in the dark at 10 o'clock with a car that still had issues. When he arrived eventually, he was on his motorcycle with only a few tools. He tested the battery and said that was the problem. The situation got heated as I asked why would you not just simply start with the testing the battery as a first step and why not read any error codes first off as well? I obviously had plenty of time earlier to get a new one. He said that he was just hired to juar replace the part??? Awful person and extremely incompetent as a so called professional. For the love of everything that is holly, please don't even consider entering a agreement with him!!!!

I also really appreciated the tasty cookie they gave me when I picked up my car. From a purely customer-service standpoint, they do a great job. However, I have to give 2 stars because of their pricing and lack of transparency. I brought my vehicle in and received an estimate for a throttle body replacement. They quoted me $1,044.45 just for the part (labor was an additional $408.66). What really bothered me, in addition to the extreme markup, was the lack of information. The quote didn't specify the brand of the part being used, nor did it state whether it was brand new or a reconditioned unit. As you can see in the photos I've attached, I looked up the parts myself. I can easily purchase a brand new, OEM-quality throttle body for around $150. I understand that mechanics need to mark up parts to make a profit and cover their warranties, but a markup of this magnitude is excessive, especially without being completely transparent about what exactly the customer is paying for. Great customer service and a clean waiting room are wonderful, but they don't justify this level of markup on parts. I highly recommend doing your own research on part prices and getting a second opinion before approving any major repairs here.

Christian Brothers Automotive is an excellent business that provides quality, reliable, and…read moretrustworthy service. Their service times are reliable, enabling customers to plan their day precisely. However, their service prices are high. If I drove a luxury Porsche, this is where I would take my vehicle. But I drive a humble Subaru, and this business has priced itself out of my reach. Pros - Friendly staff - Quality work - On-time repair - I trust them to service my vehicles with high standards Comfortable waiting room Cons - Price. Some of their maintenance and repair fees are competitive. However, others are 30-100% more expensive than their competition. For instance, they quoted me $125 to change my cabin air filter. This $15 filter on Amazon takes 3 minutes to change. A more reasonable cost would be $40-$50. Also, they quoted me $1800 to change my control arms. Other mechanics quoted me $900. Ultimately, Christian Brothers Automotive is targeting a customer profile who makes more money than I do. The greater Falcon area has many affluent residents, and I expect they will continue to run a successful business. I wish them well. I am giving them 3 stars because they could be more competitive with their prices and still offer the service and support they champion.

UPDATED REVIEW NEVER USE THIS SHOP!…read moreI have had two vehicles serviced by this repair shop. During my first experience, the service was completed ahead of schedule, and the final price was adjusted accordingly. I was satisfied with that transaction. On a subsequent visit, I brought a different vehicle to the shop for service. After inspection, I was presented with a list of recommended repairs and maintenance items. One recommendation was to clean a K&N air filter that had been installed approximately one month earlier. The quoted charge for this service was $120. Based on the age of the filter, I questioned whether cleaning was necessary at that time. I was informed that the repairs I authorized would require approximately three days to complete. Although hesitant, I agreed to proceed with several of the recommended repairs. The following morning, at approximately 10:30 a.m., I received a call informing me that the vehicle was ready for pickup. This was significantly earlier than the estimated completion time. When I arrived to retrieve the vehicle, I was charged the full labor amount that had been quoted. I did not receive an explanation regarding why the labor charge remained unchanged despite the work being completed substantially sooner than estimated. When the vehicle was brought to me, I raised my concerns regarding the charges and advised that I had obtained estimates from three other repair facilities for the same repairs. Those estimates were all lower than the prices charged by this shop for comparable work. In response, the employee engaged in trying to argue with me about my concerns. I felt that my concerns were not adequately addressed and that the focus of the conversation was on explaining why repair costs had increased rather than addressing the specific issues I raised. The issue I brought the car in for was not fixed. It cost $2,111.00 and they never fixed the issue I brought it in for. Even after talking to the manager, I felt like it was more about justifying themselves than fixing the issue. Don't trust this shop! Update: I talked to Jeff today who is apparently the real manager. Jeff stood up for his staff and their report. He admitted that they didn't fix the problem that came in for. Jeff's biggest concern was this review and wanting me to change it. However, after talking to Jeff, I went back to the shop that I purchased the car from and spoke to them. The shop i purchased it from provided me with a list of all the work they did on the car, they even offered to put it on the rack right then and check it. This showed that the engine had been torn down and hoses, spark plugs and the belt had been replaced. Fluids had been changed. However, what made it worse was it also showed the rear bearings and hubs had been replaced just about 4,000 miles ago. When I brough this up jeff still stood by his work and the diagnosis. I asked for a refund for the bearings and hubs. Jeff walked to the computer and started typing. Another customer came in and he and I had a nice conversation. Jeff suddenly said here and spun the computer monitor around to face me. I said what am I looking at. He pointed to a dollar sign and said does this work? I told him yes. He then responded, "Let me fix this, don't ever come back to our shop again!" I smiled and said it was not a problem. I reached out and shook his hand and said have a good weekend and left. This is not customer service. Jeff was clear they would quote the work from the book and your play for the labor by the book. If they tell you six hours of labor and use three, you're going to pay for six. It's obvious that the values they talk about and display are not the values they work with. If I were you DO NOT GO HERE, go seem someone else!!!!!!

They asked me if I wanted my tires rotated and she explained to me that tire should be rotated every other oil change so I said sure go ahead. Then I'm sitting there for an hour and a half the amount of time that she said it would take and she comes in telling me that my spark plugs need to be replaced and all of a sudden my bill would be $660 and I hesitated for a while because that was over my budget, but I ended up saying yes because she said it was way overdue on the type of vehicle I had. I'm not sure how they ended up going from changing my oil and rotating my tires to digging underneath my hood looking at my spark plugs to add on she said that the spark plugs would take another two hours so for example I got there at 2:30 and she said my car wasn't gonna be done until five but as I'm leaving, she says oh I'll call you around six they're closing time. At around 4:20 I got a call saying that there was another problem wrong and that the labor was going to be eight hours worth of work and my bill would now be over $2000. I obviously said no because the $600 was over my price range. I don't know why they think I would say yes to a $2000 problem. I really do not recommend going to this place.
