After dealing with numerous incompetent and unethical shops over the years, I finally found an automotive repair shop I can trust. First off, I have undergone a year of training at a vocational institute to become a mechanic, so I can spot a good/bad mechanic when I see one. From my very first interaction requesting a quote, Matias was transparent about pricing and took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. His competitive pricing and responsive customer service set him apart from other local shops I contacted. Throughout the repair process, Matias continued providing exceptional service - working with me on scheduling and financing options and, most importantly, clearly explaining the issues with my 2005 Honda Odyssey. Recently, my van threw a check engine light for a camshaft position sensor code (P0344). To minimize costs, I strictly wanted to replace the sensor, even though I knew it could be related to o ther underlying issues (damaged cam, vent valves, ECU, or wiring problem). Matias could have quickly taken my money to swap the sensor. Instead, he thoroughly inspected the timing belt kit components and found a faulty tensioner and pulley - the root cause of the code. By doing so, he saved me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary repairs. I've been busy with my work, school, and kids, so I only get to write a review for them now. It's already been about 20 days since the repair, and this almost 20-year-old van runs like brand new in Colorado winter, all thanks to Matias!!! As it turns out, the previous shop (out of state as I just moved to Colorado last Summer) had installed defective timing belt parts (most likely eBay Chinese), leading to ongoing problems. His refusal to take shortcuts and willingness to educate customers on finding the real problem demonstrate integrity and build tremendous trust. Also, he lets you know which brand parts he uses for the replacement, which is really nice. I feel safe with Toyota-made Aisin parts. The shop's honesty and Matias' technical expertise restored my faith that ethical mechanics still exist! (Review shows I am from San Francisco... it's wrong.. I'm from Larkspur, CO) I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee with an Eco Diesel engine that had a coolant leak in the turbo charger coolant supply Line: a leak in a 50 cent rubber tube under the intake manifold. No one except the dealer wanted to touch the repair as it is not simple to get to and requires the removal of the intake manifold to even see the leak, let alone fix it. The dealer wanted to charge over 16 hours of labor at $225 an hour and over $1000 in parts to replace a stupid 50 cent section of hose. I put out a general question seeking an alternative way to get this fixed without taking a mortgage on the house and they guys responded within minutes. It's a relatively a new business trying to make inroads into auto repairs in Colorado Springs. I admit I was skeptical, but, in short, hands down, these guys are now the go to people for me and will be highly highly recommended going forward. Upon bringing my car in, I discussed the issue with the team, discussed the process they would follow to confirm and fix the leak, discussed that mechanics tend to loath the eco diesel engine, and they assured me that they could resolve the issue. The process took several days to complete (which I agreed to in advance as I was going out of town for a few days anyway.) During this time, I received via text messages, pictures of my engine in various states of disassembly and reassembly, and updates on progress. All conversations and messages were clear, concise, and showed a professionalism that is so sorely lacking in today's service industry. The car was completed on time and so far works great... The leak is fixed and the final bill came in a couple hundred under the approved estimate... and was roughly 70% less than the dealer estimate. My car may have been the first major repair of a diesel that they worked on since opening... but they seemingly handled it with ease and care. I recently had some emergency car troubles and was looking for a shop that could get the job done fast as I need my car for work. I called around a few places and after speaking to Matias at Super Cario Bros he assured me that they could have the job done ASAP. I had never been to this shop before, but since the other businesses I inquired were generally unhelpful and unresponsive I decided to give them a shot and I couldn't be more pleased. The location is a bit off the beaten path but is easy to find with GPS. Once I was in Matias was able to get me a quote on the spot and offered a complimentary inspection. What I really stood out to me was the fact that they showed me pictures of everything that needed work on my car after the inspection. Every other shop I've been to has only ever told me what was wrong and handed me a large bill with no further explanation. These guys not only explained to me what I needed to fix and why I should do it, but they prioritized the repairs for me in terms of what they deemed most crucial for the longevity and safety of my vehicle. On top of the great and expeditious service, their pricing is very reasonable and I didn't feel like I was getting overcharged for the work being done; I can't say the same about some of the other shops I've been to around town... read more

We needed an oil change on our Jeep Grand Cherokee and wanted to try someone new after not receiving the best service from some of the larger franchises. My husband found Super Cario Brothers on Yelp and we could not be more pleased with their service. Matias, the owner and head mechanic was very professional and thorough. And even though my husband was there, he still explained everything to me as well. After we had paid, he went through the pictures he took of some of the other concerns he had regarding our vehicle. We appreciated the pictures vs the "take my word for it" approach and informing us after we paid vs trying to upsell us. They we also VERY affordable. We highly recommend them and hope they will be our go-to mechanics from here on out! read more

I had been looking for a mechanic to work on my Toyota 4Runner and I tend to be choosy about who I let work on it. I found Super Cario Bros and because of their positive reviews I gave them a chance. Their facility isn't like most other shops and is in an interesting location, I was hesitant about leaving my car with them. Thankfully Matias was very friendly and put me at ease. They replaced my spark plugs for me and it was more costly than I had anticipated but it was definitely worth it! My car is now running perfectly and they even cleaned my engine bay out for me so everything looks great. Even though they are a small operation they seem to do premium work and I will likely return for any future repairs. read more

I heard about this place from someone at the bank. At first glance it's nothing special since it's just getting off and running, but after speaking with the owner about some emergency alternator services he managed to get me in and out in no time at all. Comical business name and they even play on the theme with their attire. Waiting room had some old school entertainment for me to enjoy! The owner worked with me on a good price for the last minute emergency and was more than open with what was being done. All-in-all I was satisfied with the work done and will be coming back soon for additional work that I need done. read more

I brought my 1992 ford ranger in fir a fuel problem. Truck wouldn't start, I had brought it to several places in town, nobody could help. I found this place got it towed over and the mechanic was able to quickly and adeptly tell ne what this issue was and how to fix it. Labor was quality but affordable. Super Cario Bros has always done great work on my E350 and at a fair price. My check engine light was on and the engine was running rough. The dealer wanted thousands to replace the fuel injectors. Matias found one fouled spark plug and replace it. That solved the problem and saved me a fortune. read more
