I can't say enough good about Honest Abe's. I have 2, 20+ year old double garage doors and the old openers couldn't close them anymore. Had another company out twice and they replaced some parts but didn't fix the problem. They recommended new openers which I installed and they had the same problem. Called Honest Abe and he came out the same day. He took time to diagnose the real cause of the problem and even consulted with the door manufacturer to verify incorrect springs had been installed during previous repairs. Abe spent 1 1/2 days on a project that should have taken 1/2 day but stuck to his original cost estimate, which was reasonable even before he made the extra effort. Both doors work perfectly now.
