Had to cancel first appointment for fridge repairs because of wrong warranty info provided by whirlpool. Contact whirlpool to send over new info which they did and tried to reschedule. Called broadway and was rudely told that they didn't get the work order from whirlpool and that they don't wait on the computer all day waiting on service tickets. Had the appointment rescheduled eventually but no confirmation until the day of (scheduled for 10-2) and call me at 10:44. I was at work but had my wife at home waiting for the tech. Just because I didn't answer the phone, they cancelled and wanted to reschedule. Not even considering calling the day prior to service or at least knocking. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM

Second the clueless electrician spent the first hour (their minimum billing time) wondering all over my home checking every outlet trying to find some mysterious GFI that just had to be the issue. Eventually he leaves (to pick up another electrician who knows what he is doing to some extent as well as a suitable ladder). The other electrician fixes the outlet and they poorly hang the fixture before being asked to leave after another hour as to not a waste anymore time or money. $160 for one hour of actual work. Never ever again will I do business with this company and recommend others not to as well.

When he came to our house he could barely get out of the car, or walk down our sidewalk without help from his assistant, let alone get down on the floor to look at our dishwasher he was so crippled up. He appeared to be lacking in mental competency, had trouble articulating and was confused easily. Once he got to the floor to exam the bottom front of the dishwasher, he quickly said our issue was the dishwasher pump --without pulling the dishwasher out from the wall--and wanted a check for the part so he could go get it that day, come back and install it. Both my husband and I had sincere misgivings about the man and his repair abilities, but we gave the check to him as we needed our dishwasher repaired, and he left to get the part. He called us a short time later and said he couldn't cash the check as he didn't have a local bank account he could deposit the check in. He wanted to know if we could pay him cash? Too many red flags so I told him never mind on ordering the part, that I would be happy to pay him for the trip, which he said was $55. I told him I was stopping the check, and asked for his mailing address. I told him I would send him a cashiers check the next day, which I did, for his time. We called another repair service and after pulling the dishwasher out, taking it apart and 30 minutes of searching for the leak, the second repair service found a huge hole in one of the water pipe connections. Our problem had not been the pump that Tru Appliance had diagnosed after all. To compound the red flags, the man attempted to deposit the check any way after a month!
