Finding the right groomer can be task at times . We called several groomers and they all said bring your dog in. Not even asking if our puppy was vaccinated or not . A sure sign that it's all about money didn't ask a question just bring your dog in. But at Honest Groomers What a different experience it was. They asked us about vaccinations and to bring Fresitas vaccine card with us. I like really liked that since that means they care about the dogs health. Everything was such a great experience from booking appointment to downloading forms and dropping Fresita off . They made her feel very comfortable from the start and gave her an excellent bath and trim . This as Fresitas first experience and thanks to Honest groomers it will now be one of many . I would not recommend this business. I really wanted to support a local business but everything from their customer service to grooming is not ok. I took my dog multiple times here to give it a chance but at times (not all the time) my dog would come back with uneven hair cuts. I never complained about this because they were a new business and had new groomers. It was also close by so as long as her hair was trimmed in general I was fine with it. They would off and on say that my dog needed to be muzzled when trimming her nails which is fine because safety is first but my dog is 7 years old and I've been taking her to the groomers for all those years and no other groomer had ever complained. Again I had no issues with her being muzzled if need be. It was just somewhat questionable. What really did it for me was the fact that they cut my dog near the back of her paw and they didn't tell me!! How are you going to make that big of a mistake and not tell me?! I'm so glad I noticed it because then I was able to treat it properly. I don't want to put the groomer on the spot so I won't say her name but for the owner I would check the groomers work if possible. read more

I'm so glad that I can trust Jennifer and Lynette with our dogs. I never have to worry about the bad vibes that I've gotten from some groomers I've gone to in the past. I've also never had to worry about the safety of my nervous little guys...these groomers take their time and aren't in a rush. They care just as much about giving my big goofy Lab a great cut & cleanup as they do the fancy poodles coming in for their makeovers. And they just run a simple operation without the fluff or crazy prices that I have forked over so many times before.
