But now, good luck even getting them to return a call. I can appreciate that we are all still in lockdown type status but given today's technology, there is no reason why people should not be able to check their messages from a far nor be able to return a phone call. Especially when it could be new business. Very frustrating; hard to find groomers for long-haired cats to begin with, but dealing with the frustration of not even being able to get an answer just piles it on.

This was a dog that was always wagging his tail. I am not going to complain about the abrasions on his ears because I know that they were a problem being matted. What I will complain about is my dog no longer is wagging his tail. He has had a problem with his eyes were constantly gooey and had to be constantly cleaned. No here is my complaint. He no longer can see out of his one eye. He has walked into the building and my TV stand. I don't know what happened but I know that he is not the same dog as before he was groomed. I appreciate that they squeezed the grooming soon after I called for an appointment. However my dogs won't be groomed by their service anymore.

However, I feel that she's still learning the ropes of her business and how to manage it. Our dogs got scheduled fine. But one dog had to come back a second day because she ended up double booking an appointment. On top of that, she showed an example of how that dog would look (haircut wise) on one leg and it didn't look like that all over the next day when she was done - AND I got that dog back with a big ole cut on her. I asked the groomer about the cut the next day when I had to take that dog back. She didn't know where it was from. I believe her - but I didn't feel like she took ownership that the cut happened under her watch. Im waiting to give her another try, but feel like she deserves it because - again - you can tell this is her passion. Stay tuned.

Because he's a geriatric she understands his tolerance levels and is always sure to get him in and out as quickly as possible. I appreciate how she cares about Mango so much, it's not something that I've experienced at other facilities. Mango always comes back from her care quickly and with a happy attitude. Nice facility, extremely friendly groomers, and our pup was obviously comfortable. As we just started fostering her we weren't 100% sure of her grooming history, or her tolerance to being groomed. They went out of their way to make her comfortable, and also shed a lot of helpful information about her breed. Great experience, highly recommend this business.

The puppy attacked our other dog and I…read moretried stopping the fight and the puppy attacked me giving me several lacerations in both arms and hand. It required a call to 911 due to the excessive bleeding and a visit to the emergency room resulting in stitches in both arms. When we reached out to the owner, she showed no concern AT ALL. We returned the puppy the next day and The Hound Lounge immediately posted the puppy for foster again knowing the dog was required to be in quarantine due to what had happened. The owner also called me a liar on Facebook and again, showed zero concern. Bad business.
