When I said "send what you always send" they designed a striking, modern bouquet. I would have liked it, my mother wouldn't have. The new florist discussed an english garden bouquet (mother is from England) rather than the modern one. The new bouquet is perfect! Just what my mom loves. If you have ordered from Humphreys in the past and are used to saying: "send the usual," be more specific...at least until they get to know you.
