When I called to report the error to the store, not only did they credit my delivery fee, but further corrected the mistake by promising to deliver flowers to her on my original delivery date as well! I thought that was exceptional. I wasn't upset about the error--flowers are nice to get any day, I had just wanted them to be aware to avoid confusion later in the week. Their custoner service went above and beyond to ensure I was compensated. I'd selected a local small businesses on purpose and really feel it was money well spent. My sister loved her boquet.
