I can already hear the reply to this review saying, "we said it needed more tests before you take it." This is a flat-out lie. I was told it needed new rear brakes, not more alternator tests. I'm not even going to get started on the fact that they replaced the wrong brakes and still charged us for it. Overall, service is very overpriced and very dishonest.

I left it for an estimate. Well, I get a call the next day and they quote me 2 prices. With bad pulleys and belt - $527 With tensioner, all pulleys, and belt $1,157. I was gobsmacked. Im on social security so i told them no and picked up after paying the diagnostic fee. I have always worked on my own cars until i turned 69,, lol. Decided to do it myself. Gates Serpentine Kit $325. Turns out it is an easy job on my Infiniti G37X. Less than an hour start to finisn. I know garages charge more on parts but even if kit was $600 that would be $550 for labor. Like i say i know everything is more expensive. Seems like they want timing belt replacement prices for a serpentine belt. I need recommendations for a new shop.​
