Paid 69$ for oil change! Exactly hour later oil pressure light came on. I pulled over checked oil on stick, completely empty! I looked under car and found the whole under body was covered in oil! I called the place and they sent out a tech to replace oil,filter and possibly investigate if plug was left out. They determined the oil filter failed! (Yea right). I waited on side of road for hour ! The car was driven without oil, motor has oil on back side that stinks when driving, and not sure if motor has possible damage! I pushed the place to offer me a refund and to clean motor, which they weren't real happy about but they did comply with refund (the next day) I used this place to avoid Walmart because they have terrible history of leaving off caps, sticks, and misc issues with car maintenance! Well this place is no Better! This place is over priced, and the service is minimal! Be aware of what service guy does to your car!!!!

Contract elements were completed: 1) Offer Oct 11, the offer consisted of Edmunds Ad, James, confirming that C-Max is still available for sale, and giving current price of $15,995. I agreed to pay that and said I was interested. I told him that I would ship car to CO. James agreed to that. I asked him to hold the car and he agreed to do that. 2) Acceptance of the offer: Oct 11 at 6:00 PM I emailed stating "I want to proceed with the purchase" Oct 12 I told Brian I would purchase the car and would wire the funds or send a bank check 3) Agreement to my acceptance Oct 12, Brian told me he would take the car off of the market, and requested reg name registration. I emailed it. Oct 13 I requested a total price and got shipping via YellowFin. Oct 14 James emailed refusal to sell: Just wanted to let you know that we have a long time customer that is in need of a hybrid vehicle and the Cmax is what they are looking for. Oh you tech that changed the oil 62610 didn't tighten properly and that leaked after service. I will never buy a vehicle from you due to your shady shop practices. Shame on your staff.

I know they changed owners a while back, sadly. A few days ago I had a bad noise coming from the front of my car, serpentine belt related. One of the idler pulleys came off while driving there. I left it for an estimate. Well, I get a call the next day and they quote me 2 prices. With bad pulleys and belt - $527 With tensioner, all pulleys, and belt $1,157. I was gobsmacked. Im on social security so i told them no and picked up after paying the diagnostic fee. I have always worked on my own cars until i turned 69,, lol. Decided to do it myself. Gates Serpentine Kit $325. Turns out it is an easy job on my Infiniti G37X. Less than an hour start to finisn. I know garages charge more on parts but even if kit was $600 that would be $550 for labor. Like i say i know everything is more expensive. Seems like they want timing belt replacement prices for a serpentine belt. I need recommendations for a new shop.​
