The machine used not only did all that but brought back new life to my stairs and front room. My mistake was calling the wrong franchise the next year. Steve showed up and demanded exactly DOUBLE what I'd paid the year before with a different Chem Dry franchise. He hates pets and insisted that all animals soil carpets: my cat did NOT, but he wanted to charge extra for pet stains that only he could see. He left large gouges in my wood floor and knocked an antique plate off the wall and broke it. During this entire nightmare, he was rude and then got pissy when I asked him to pay for the broken plate. He mentioned his local small business breakfast club and noted that members praise each other on social media whether they are actual customers or not. I assumed any positive reviews came from these friends. All Care Chem Dry is a great alternative. Fair price and very professional. All Chem Dry franchises are NOT equal!
