I call him for all things HVAC: maintenance, service and full on replacement. He replaced the unit at my rental house, the closest other bid wasn't even in the ball park. Not only was he able to save me a tremendous amount of money, he gave me a quality Trane unit v/s a cheaper quality higher priced unit offered by competitors. He is a one man operation and doesn't have a ton of overhead so he passes the savings along to his customers. My compressor went out last night in my primary residence.
