Not great gel isn't solid look like it in photos but up close it's not and side of finger stuck to the nail. Fingers were left a mess with acrylic on the sides and the shape was not uniform throughout. Also didn't even ask what shape I wanted just did it. SAVE YOUR $ AND DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I got a gel manicure on 12/26. The process was extremely rushed from beginning to end & took a total of 19 minutes, literally. I hardly had time to even pick a color before I was being forced in a seat. After the manicure began, my nails were not cut, shaped, NOTHING. The person doing my nails was taking my hand from the light before the gel was fully cured. She did 2 base coats, 3 layers of polish, and a top coat. My nails were THICK!! And because they were not fully cured, this became a recipe for disaster. After 1 day, one of my nails got caught under my hair & ripped completely off. After 2 days, all nails were raised & had to be taken off. For $35 + tip you expect vacation nails to last until you at least arrive at your destination. Mine hardly lasted until I got home!!!!! read more

WARNING WORST NAILS OF MY LIFE i went in with my cousin to get my nails done for christmas and simply i don't think i will get my nails done anytime soon. i wanted to get a gel french manicure and the lady working at the salon in the gingham apron, don't know what her name was, was the spawn of satan herself. I sat while she did my nails and they looked awful. the tips didn't look good and i told after she painted one hand that i didn't like them and then she did the other hand just as awfully. i politely told her that i didn't like them and if she could paint them solid. She said okay and then fixed them, bust she was clearly angry. I made sure to be very nice although i was angry because i don't tend to be rude and scathing customer. when it was time to pay she tried to charge my cousin 50 for a manicure that should be 30. I started to break down in the salon after the evil woman started to yell at me and my cousin for being "awful customers". the devil in the apron started to involve OTHER CUSTOMERS in the drama which made me cry even more. i am truly appalled that woman treated me this way and extremely glad my cousin went back to get her money. while the nails i went home with weren't awful (i mean how could you mess up solid nails), i will never get my nails done again. my salon at home would NEVER treat me this poorly. thank you to the man and owner who gave me my money back and i'm sorry that crazy woman who did my nails is your wife. read more

My daughter and I have been going there for quite a while because they always treated us well but after yesterday's session I doubt we will go back. We have had some problems in the past with the nails coming off but we dealt with it. Yesterday however the woman doing our daughter's nails was extremely rude to her. Our daughter is in a wheelchair for physical reasons, not mental. The woman acted like our daughter couldn't respond for herself or make decisions and was quite rude about it. I've been a loyal customer here for years. I get my nails done once a month. I've had a lot of good experiences and I understand that every once in a while you'll get a not so great one or your nails won't turn out the way you want them too and you need them fixed. However the last two months have been terrible. Last month, I had to get my nails fixed twice because the paint kept coming off. Over this past weekend, I went to get them done & the guy had no idea what he was doing. First off, when I asked for a pedicure he gave me a DELUXE pedicure then charged me extra when I didn't say I wanted that, and I wanted a specific design for my nails and while he was doing my nails he kept cussing, told me how much he hates doing nails and didn't even try to give me the design I wanted. I went in the next day because I wanted a repaint and they said they wouldn't do it unless I paid for it which I didn't think was fair. I spend good money on my nails every month, not to mention I spent more than I should for poor service and terrible looking nails. On top of it, the paint is coming off AGAIN and it's only been TWO days since I got them done. I've unfortunately made the decision to look for a new nail salon. read more

I've been going to Honey Nails for years and have never had a truly bad pedi, but this last one was terrible. I could have done a better job on myself and believe me I'm the worst with nail polish. I felt like she rushed just to get to the next victim. Had to remind her to put the clear on and noticed later she didn't do the edges. I came here last minute because I broke a nail while out of town, and I was totally impressed with the manicure I got! I didn't have an appointment so I did have to wait a while. The manicurist Anne was very thorough and attentive and my manicure is still looking amazing a week and a half later! Eh, went because my usual place was closed. The lady was nice, but she seemed inexperienced at doing a pedi. The filing was uneven and so was the actual application of color. Went to another person for Mani (one of the guys) and he also did a rushed, inconsistent job. Unfortunately disgusting. One of this first things I notice as I sat down in a chair, is how they never changed the towel out from underneath. There was nail shavings everywhere left from who knows how many previous people. The arm rest was COVERED in dust. I literally took my finger and wiped away a clear spot, and it looked like it had just never been cleaned. The buffer they used, was already used, as were the nail files. Not to mention this was through covid where you SHOULD be disinfecting things. In fact if OSHA visited this place, I cant even tell you how many things they were violating. I highly do not recommend unless you want some sort of infection. Will not be going back. The people who work there are also impatient with you and not welcoming nor friendly. I asked for a sparkly white dip color and he literally put a sparkly light purple on my nails. I was shocked, but not a person to really speak up and say something.The shape was also terrible. I stopped in here to have a pedicure and gel manicure. The salon staff consisted of two very rude men and one woman. I was directed by one of the men to pick my gel color from a color wheel that he grabbed out of another client's hand to give to me. I apologized to her on his behalf; he just stared at me. He then proceeded to bring a bowl of acetone that he wanted me to soak all of my fingertips in to remove my old gel. When I asked that they be wrapped in foil with cotton soaked with gel remover, he got indignant and said his way was how it should be done. He continued to argue with me until I told him to do it the way I asked or I was leaving. He angrily wrapped my nails (poorly done) and then told me to go to the pedicure chair where he spoke another language (angrily) to the woman and walked away. She started the water and told me to put my feet in. I sat there for a good 15 minutes while the angry man went in sat in another pedicure chair and looked at his phone. He obviously was done with me and doing nothing. I finally asked the woman if someone could remove the foil wraps and polish from my nails because they were falling off and drying out. The other man came over and pulled them off and proceeded to try to file off my remaining polish with a big high grain emory board. I told him no, that I didn't want my polish removed that way, that it damages the nails. He argued with me that he's been doing nails that way for many years and continued to try to grab my hand and file my nail. I could keep going with this story but I will just end with that I left with an average pedicure done by this poor woman who has to put up with these rude male coworkers and a poorly done regular manicure by the angry man. I would never return to this place and would advise anyone that cares about the their nail health to stay away from this place. It was an awkward and very unpleasant experience. read more
