Warning: your life may never be the same after trying this ice cream. May cause fights (ie: I'm sorry for what I said when I was fighting you for the last bit of the waffle cone). Will make you want to move to Bentonville if you don't live there already....you get the picture. Given this little rec by a local while we were traveling through town. Hubs and I couldn't decide which of the flavors to indulge, so we decided to go with the sampler. Not your average sampler. As you can see, the samplings are GENEROUS, served in a cute half-dozen egg carton. Each flavor was better than the last! I wish I lived closer as I'd have this ALL THE TIME...(maybe the 3 hour drive isn't too far after all? Excuse for another road trip?) Literally brought tears to my eyes it was so good and I practically did fight my husband off the last bit of the waffle cone (which was an added side-car to our sampler and is NOT to be missed!!). The ice cream truck is parked in a little park that had fairy lights, picnic tables, a DJ, and some board games available to make the night even more memorable. Sadly, we had to drive home. My family found this cute food truck ice cream space on a warm day of downtown bike exploring. The ice cream flavor selection was excellent, delicious twists on classics (Honey Vanilla) and fun new to us flavors (Biscoff ice cream, yes!). With 12 or so flavors to choose from, we got a 'flight' 6 flavors served in a cardboard egg carton. There is a yard with plenty of table space to meet up and sit and enjoy the ice cream. The owner was scooping ice cream, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend adding Honeybean to your summer ice cream adventures. read more

I stopped by Honeybean covered in flecks of clay after an excruciating wheel-throwing pottery session at Fifty Street Studio next door. I realized I needed a consolation gift after learning that I was not a natural. Honeybean operates out of a little pastel blue trailer, and they are slinging VERY good ice cream at fantastically affordable prices. The flavors aren't as off-kilter as some other artisanal ice cream places, which is fine by me...I don't always want goat cheese, pear, or something with olive oil. Most of Honeybean's menu is upgraded versions of classics like cookies and cream, chocolate, etc. Unfortunately, they sold out of my favorite flavor, which is rocky road, but I had a split scoop of their biscoff ice cream and banana pudding ice cream. The split scoop is BIG, and it set me back around $4.50. Salt and Straw could never (usually a split scoop is around $6-7 dollars these days, and is on the smaller side). The flavor combo of banana pudding and Biscoff was incredible, and I was impressed by how smooth and luxuriously creamy it was. Some of the best I've had in a while! read more

The Honeybean is such a hidden gem of an ice cream shop! I tried the Coldest Brew and it was one of the best flavors I've had in a long time--so smooth and flavorful. I happened to come across this adorable turquoise food truck on their opening day by pure luck, and since then my friends and I have been back many times. The ice cream is amazing, the space is super cute, it's run by a friendly local couple, and it's just such a great stop to meet up with friends, especially before a walk. My husband and I were visiting Bentonville when we stopped by Honeybean Ice Cream. We both agree that it was some of the best ice cream we've ever had. The quality of the ice cream exceeded our expectations and the service was personable and friendly. The overall ambience was awesome as it was outside and there were some games to play.
