With that you get an underground parking space and storage unit as well as monthly get together a for residents. But if you are not on the fourth floor you will hear your neighbors walking around above you, people seem to be very inconsiderate of their neighbors below. Also if you have a unit near the elevator you will here lots of halfway noise(peoples dogs barking and people talking and congregating near elevator in front of your door.) Just some things to consider before moving into these "luxury" apartments. They also rent out the lobby, chefs kitchen, conference room and the courtyard(which all the inside apartments are facing.) Sometimes the events are quite loud, music and 30+ people outside, don't plan on staying in for some Netflix or reading.

Instead of telling us in a calm way and asking if we had been told this (which we weren't and the Golf Pro had left at this point) we were approached aggressively about the extra $10 and that we "should have come to the front desk" about it. The lady at the front told us "enough get out of here" on our way out. $70 for two hours of which we were there for just over 1.5 hours. Incredibly rude way to talk to people and disputably poor customer service. First an last time at this place.
