This was an unexpected bonus. Usually I have to air out my house after cleaning, but not with this service. They went above and beyond in getting things clean. Finally ! Someone who understands the joy that is shared by doing a job well. Right from the start Jessica brought professionalism along with a wonderful attitude. Her communications were excellent, she was punctual, and she jumped right in and did a superb job of cleaning. I was mega-impressed that Jessica went straight to tackling small things that previous cleaners would skip unless I asked them specifically. At this home, I care for my elderly mother who is very frail with lots of illnesses and allergies. Jessica used only non-toxic cleansers with minimal scent, and for the first time in a very long time of trying several house cleaning services, Mom didn't have a painful allergic attack. Another "A+" item is the fact that Jessica used a steam cleaner on our tile floors, whereas all the previous house cleaners just used a mop that left the floor "streaky". Bottom line is this... The place looks sparkly great, smells fresh without smelling nauseatingly "perfume-ish", and we now know a new, kind, trustworthy person that understands the "win-win" scenario of doing a job right. I had hoped this might possibly work - however after over a week, there was no follow up or call - Having already sent in 8 to 10 photos of home, I was told I could expect an estimate the following day. Never heard back for over week and so I called and was told there schedule was too booked. I am very happy thtas the case. It would have been nice to be told that sooner than to have waited I think. In any case It wall all work out fine. It is a too busy time of year here ~ First : My sincere condolences on your loss. I had not meant to cause any distress - I thought giving it OK and saying what I recall happening as true was not a terrible thing ... if ther is anything here that isn't true I am happy to revise it.
