Went to Honeycomb for the first time today and had Nichole. She was great. She had an awesome personality and the overall experience was great. Can't wait to go back and try other services. The first time I went for highlights and cut and Nicole did a great job. Loved my hair. We made a follow up appointment for 03/22, Nicole texted me 10 minutes before my appointmen and said she was running 30 minutes behind. I was fine with that, but then she texted me 20 minutes later and told me she was still in Brownsville getting new tires on her car and asked if we can reschedule. I told her no problem, but no thanks since I'm leaving Friday for a trip. Her response was sorry. I was really inconvenience and she proved to me she is not reliable. I highly recommend Honeycomb Salon and Spa. It has become my "one stop shop" for all my grooming and pampering needs! Nicole is the best with hair cuts and color. My hair has never looked better. Honeycomb recently added mini spa services (I had a wonderful Thai foot massage while my color processed yesterday!!). I also love their many mani and pedi services. They have also recruited a new massage therapist, Mali. She is brilliant. She gives amazing and relaxing massages, but she is also extraordinarily talented in therapeutic massage. I had a bad hand injury a few months ago. Mali was a huge help in my recovery. We did weekly lymphatic massages to get the inflammation under control so I made faster progress in my physical therapy sessions. Mail can also create customized therapeutic herbal massages to target specific needs. Her 60-minute massages are wonderful but treat yourself to a 90-minute massage - it is decadently delightful! Honeycomb also offers an impressive line of organic hair-care products, and even carries travel-size containers! They offer a full line of spa services. Made an appointment a week in advance when I did finally come from Houston Texas I was told tp come back in an hour because she was doing a color job. I came back in an hour then I was told to come back in another two hours, ha! What a joke not professional at all seriously what hair color other than a bleach job would take three hours plus? I'm a hair dresser and she was not doing a black job or foil or something special. I'm glad I did NOT get any service there in the end because I would have hated to have over paid for a bunk job! Staff here is fantastic, particularly if you are a tourist or new to the Island. They also have facials, massage and even spray tans.
