Honestly, I always feel glared at with this look of "why are you here" from the girls at the front desk. Their window also makes it incredibly difficult to talk to /hear them. It's never "how can we help you today?" it's always just, "yes?" when I walk in. I'm not sure if they're like that with everyone, or if it's because I'm a male, but honestly, if it was that the actual people doing my treatment were amazing, I'd be giving them a lower rating because I always feel unwelcome walking in.
