Two of my babies have needed nebulizer treatments, and the baby room was able to provide that care for them with such attentiveness and compassion. The amount of love my kids have received from all the teachers is so heartwarming-it makes me feel so abundantly blessed to have them in such caring hands. The staff is exceptional-kind, patient, and so loving with my kids. Whenever I reach out to any of the teachers or staff, they are always quick to answer my questions and do everything they can to help. I trust them with my whole heart. One of the things I appreciate about ECLC is the camera system, which allows me to check in on my children anytime. It gives me peace of mind knowing they're genuinely cared for and happy. I never have to wonder if my babies are in good hands, because the answer is always YES! Mrs. Niki runs a tight ship, keeping a close eye on all her staff and making sure everyone - children and teachers alike - are well taken care of. I also understand why they have 24/7 cameras in their facilities - it's so you can see, in real-time, exactly how hateful, spiteful, and cruel some of these teachers are. Today was my niece's second day at this facility, after moving across the country for her dad's new military assignment. And today - for the second time - she was moved during her rest time to be sob alone in the back of the classroom. Again, luckily this is broadcast on their 24/7 cameras so it's impossible to dispute. According to her "teacher," she "wouldn't stop talking" to her neighbor, but her neighbor wasn't moved or disciplined at all. It's incredible that a "christian" facility, that claims to "offer a safe place for children to grow and learn" would leave a three-year-old, who has been in this room twice, by herself in the back of the classroom to sob alone. This is a dereliction of care, a contradiction of christian values, and I caution anyone who considers enrolling their children here.

I called this company on a recent Mon morning for a pinhole water leak in the wall behind the…read morebathtub. A young-sounding female who answered the phone said they were backed up but could come on Fri. A baby was crying in the background. I'm guessing this wasn't an office phone. At this point I thought I could wait for their service as they show a 5* rating and it seemed to be a slow leak. But I then started seeing water on the floor, the tiles lifting up and having to put towels down to soak it up. By Thurs I began seeing water in a small closet behind the bathtub, had to empty it, more towels to soak up the water, molding and bottom of sheetrock wet, mold beginning to show. By mid-afternoon on Fri no one had shown up so I called again. The female again answered and said they had no record of me calling for service! (even though I had left all my info on Mon) Really? This is not an efficient nor fast service for any plumbing issues. Disgusted, I called two other companies who never answered the phone and had no voice mail! The third company answered promptly, was friendly and helpful, and sent an excellent plumber first thing the next morning who had the leak fixed in no time. 5*'s is not always true or dependable. I won't call this company again and would not recommend it to anyone else either.

Josh, the owner wouldn't return my calls after I shared my concerns the first time with him. He has dishonest people working for him and he doesn't care about the mess his company left me with. On a positive note, his receptionist Amy was the only person that listened to me and I basically had to go through her to leave these messages with Josh because he didn't want to take responsibility. I contracted Lighthouse for 4 small projects. -Small drywall repair -Small Baseboard replacement -Fill a small dirt hole w/ cement inside my wall $350 -Paint my child's room $440 The employee responsible for doing the actual work didn't show me where he filled in the dirt hole with cement before closing up the wall. After reviewing my door cameras, I saw that he never even entered my home with cement repair material. I became suspicious that he didn't do the work Lighthouse invoiced me for. The baseboard work doesn't line up. There are gaps where they are supposed to join flush and the baseboards are not level. The paint job as you can see has thick clumps, dried drips and streaks all over. The whole room is like this and pictures don't do justice as in person. I can see through the thin coats of paint to the color that was there before. The only decent work was the drywall replacement but my husband had to cut it back open because they tried billing us $350 for cement was not applied and dirt hole was left untouched. When I was able to talk to Josh before he started to ignore my messages, I told him about the terrible paint job and the hole not being filled he got very defensive. He told me his worker wouldn't lie about the work being done and told me they have a receipt for the cement they purchased. I told him just because you have a receipt for cement being purchased doesn't mean anything. My video footage doesn't lie. He also tried to send the same guy back to me to fix the paint job, but after seeing his work and him lying to me, I expressed I didn't want him back in my home. It would make for a very awkward situation. I requested for another worker to come out, but Josh refused to send anyone else. Josh will not take responsibility for the damages on my walls. He will not address the issues. I had beg to get a call back which he never did. I told the receptionist to just let me get on with my life and request a refund of my deposits. They did that. It's sad because my homeowners insurance was willing to pay them however much for the work. I honestly think I only reason I got my money back is because I told them USAA take these matters seriously. Because it's hard to find handymen in the area at the moment, now I'm left with doing all this work on my own. It's going to take a long time for me to sand the textures and drips off the wall, fix the baseboard, drywall, etc. So my advice to anyone reading this, the photos speak for itself. My opinion is that Lighthouse is not a company to trust as I've been lied to and almost taken advantage of. I wouldn't trust them with any of the offerings they have on their website.
