Well, their "ace" plumbing line tech came out on Monday due to a downstairs shower drain backing…read moreup. The call was supposed to be $185, but we gladly paid $235 to get it fixed. Five days later, we have the same issue and their remedy isn't to come back out and repair it properly, but to charge us the fee again. We are left to cleaning up our home - AGAIN - and looking for someone to do the job....Right, this time. I WILL NOT use their "services" again or recommend to anyone!!
