I'm not all that into buffets but it go here every once in a while and normally have good service the food is always fresh. I went about one today and I felt like I was directing air traffic trying to flag down a waitress the entire time so me and my party could get our drinks refilled or get our dirty plates taken away they were not really busy but the staff just wanted to sit around and bs instead of cleaning up and refilling drinks. On a side note the men's bathroom was FILTHY the hand dryer didn't work no soap and no tp in one stall I told the staff about it and they said ok thank you I don't not no if they ever got around to cleaning up. read more

Timing is everything. Go at noon, or 5-6 pm, yes it will be decent. Any other inbetween times, and it can be very, very bad! I'm not just talking about mushy, or dried out, overheated food. I'm talking about unidentifiable ingredients, like chicken that is NOT chicken. Very good food for a buffet of Chinese food. They also had a cook to stir fry for you at certain times. Last time I went they could had cleaned tables a little better and need to do some upgrades and repairs because it is starting to look a little run down. read more

I have eaten here many times, but tonight will be the last time. First let me say that I am a biker, I have long hair and beard. I wear clean clothes and keep up my appearance, but none the less, I appear to be what I am. Tonight I am wearing a skull doo rag. With that being noted, when we arrived, we were ushered into the farthest back corner of the establishment, past the dirty dish collection station and next to the emergency exit. I noticed a mixed race couple with children was also seated there. Before we left, there were 3 mixed race couples, and one distinctly Hispanic family seated in this far back dining area, but no Caucasians. I looked about the place when I got up, and there was not a single person of color seated in the main dining area, they were all with me, in the back of the place. Maybe I'm reading more into this than I should, but it seemed obvious to myself and my dining companions that this was a very carefully planned seating arrangement. Regardless if it was planned or not, it is unfortunate, because this establishment just lost a customer because of their "perceived" actions. read more

Very positive experience. We originally planned to go to Hog Wild but when there were no cars there and many cars in this parking lot we came over. Lots to choose from such as hibachi, sushi, and other various dishes. They even have "American fare" like cheese sticks and corn nuggets. Very standard fare for Chinese buffets. This place is not bad for lunch, if you like the typical Americanized chinese food buffet. They do have a considerable number of different types of chicken dishes, some that I have never heard or seen before. Some notable chicken dishes were the coral chicken, Japanese chicken, chicken on skewers, sesame chicken, etc. If Bubba would've eaten here, he would have talked to Forest Gump about chicken instead of shrimp. I haven't been to the evening dinner so I can't say anything about the sushi. read more

When I was given my bill at my table it was for $18.99. I took it up to the register to pay for it and the girl working said no that not right price. The server charged us for 2 lunch instead of dinner. It's not my mistake or my fault they charged the wrong price. And it's definitely not ok to then up charge my bill another $10 at the register for their mistake. The cashier found it totally acceptable to charge me more than what my ticket said. I WILL NOT RETURN HERE NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. read more

My family has made this one of our regular stops each month, easy to get into, buffet style, reasonably priced. So, you would think I would give this rave reviews?? Ive noticed a disturbing change in the last few months, dirty slick tile floors, you really have to watch where you are walking. The bins are not being refilled as fast or not at all, when you have a line of people coming through, this is not good. I was recently there with my wife and went to my favorites and they were empty, so I went on. I came back 10-15 later....still empty. For the very first time I said something to our waitress and she did tell someone, actually, it looked as if they were not getting along at all with the hand gestures that was happening. I was disgusted and finished my meal and actually went by one more time and to my amazement, they were still empty!!!!!!!!! I did tell the front desk of my concern and that we were regulars, and she said we should have told them first and that some of the help doesn't speak english. I told her that I understand , but that was still not a good thing that happened. I also told her that when they do refill the food bins that they are not careful with the hot bins and the hot water underneath. A month ago we were in there and the young lady refiling one bin just plopped in the bin hole and the hot water came up and splashed some people on their arms. That is really hot water to keep the food hot, the reactions were like.."REALLY DID YOU JUST DO THAT"? The young lady didnt say a word and just keep walking and working. Don't get me wrong, this is a very popular place, but I just see many problems starting to pop up at this location. Maybe the management needs to take a hard look at the way their floors remain dry at all times and how their help functions around the paying customer. I have had no problems with the help that gets your drinks and assists you, they are very polite. I do not wish this establishment to go down the tubes, if I have these concerns, then there are others who probably have already quit coming back. It may be a while until we go back, maybe in two months this time, I hear there is a new oriental restaurant in a nearby town??!!! read more

My husband and I decided to go here for dinner one evening. We went in were seated and gave our drink order to the waitress. We then went up to get food. There were a bunch of small children running around not supervised. I observed one of these children wipe his runny nose with his hand and then put his hand in one of the food trays. I then saw another one of the children go up to the salad bar take out food with her hand and then put it back. As if that were not enough I witnessed a 3rd child by the sweet n sour chicken grab food out of the steam tray take a bite, spit it in his hand and put it back in the tray. There were staff who saw this and did nothing about it. My husband and I tried to get more than one of the wait staffs attention as we were walking back to our table to get our coats. One of them said we needed to wait, two walked right by us and acted as if we were not there. It wasn't until we had our coats on and were getting ready to walk out the door with out eating or paying that someone acknowledged us. Of course they were only trying to get us to pay for a meal that we didn't even eat. I told them I wasn't paying for anything because we could not eat due to the unsanitary conditions that I witnessed. I was then given the 3rd degree as to why I didn't say anything and how they would have changed out the trays immediately had they known. I explained that I attempted several times to get the staff to listen but each time was either told to wait or they ignored me completely. I told them that I even said something to the parents of the children and was told to mind my own business and go be a germaphobe somewhere else. I explained that there were staff right there when this happened and at no point did the staff stop these kids or say anything to their parents. Nor did they change out the contaminated food even when these members of the staff witnessed the contamination happening. Needless to say we will NEVER go to this place ever again and I would not ever recommend it to anyone. read more

Ate here the other night and it wasn't bad. I've spent the last three years in Hawaii, and if you don't know, all the food there is Asian, so I've had some really good Chinese food. I had a couple of pieces of sushi, which was below average. But if you're looking for decent Chinese food, not a terrible place to go. read more

Disappointed they no longer have crab legs that used to be the main reason I first went to there old place before they built the current one. The food at times is so so and they are very slow on refilling the items they run out of and they keep raising their prices. Service is either very good or very bad there is no consistency. I would rate them higher if they bring back crab legs to their menu. read more

I've always loved eating here, but lately, the quality has SUCKED. The salad didn't taste like it had been washed. The Ranch was so yucky, I literally felt repulsed just looking at it. None of the salad staples were there (only dressing I saw was "ranch" but there was one that looked like it was honey mustard, alas it was not). The chickens were ALL hard and extremely chewy. I loved this place before, but the quality of the food was really not worth the price I paid to take my family there. Even the sweet donuts were hard, the pineapple was difficult to bite into. The rice pudding was runnier than usual. Even the sprinkles were gobbed up and difficult to sprinkle on the ice cream for my children. Really disappointed and will not be going back there anytime soon. So sad because I used to love going there :( Even the grill was closed and it was 7:30 in the evening. Why bother having that option if they aren't even going to be open for service during their hours of service??? read more
