Noodle soup with shrimp dumplings ;)

As a fellow American, I feel as though you and I have something in common: our pallet. (Just kidding I have a much greater tolerance for spicy food but of course...) The food here is exceptional. The team (three Latin- American queens) got: shrimp dumplings, noodle soup with shrimp dumplings, noodle soup with fried chicken, shrimp fried rice, egg fried rice & wonton soup. The sizes are incredible and you will definitely get filled up... yes you, tall insatiable foodie. By far my favorite restaurant in Amsterdam please give it a go and make sure to get this plate combo! Also staff was so sweet 10/10

Amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone. A bit pricey but it's so worth it. I would definitely come here again!!! The food was juicy and fresh. So much flavor.

After having all the pancakes and waffles we were craving for some asian food and we discovered this place while walking. Its a small little place with good food.. Really liked it.

Ordered the Singapore noodle, it's stir-fried, basically pretty decent; my expectation was low, I didn't think there'd be good Chinese food in a touristy area, except it's overly salty, and it took them over 10 minutes even though there were only a few customers (around 10pm).

Authentic Dim Sum in the Heart of Amsterdam If you are looking for authentic Chinese flavors near…read morethe Red Light District/Chinatown, Oriental City is the place to go. It's a multi-level restaurant that stays packed during prime hours, which is always a good sign for the food quality. They serve Dim Sum all day, which is a huge plus. The flavors are very traditional. While the Dim Sum was solid across the board, the Beef Chow Fun was the absolute standout--perfectly prepared with that signature "wok hei" (breath of the wok). The staff isn't necessarily warm and fuzzy, but they are efficient. Don't expect a long chat, but you'll get your food quickly. Be prepared for a bit of a climb; the restaurant spans several floors and it appears to be stairs-only. It gets very crowded, so timing your visit is key. A must-visit for Chinese food fans in Amsterdam. Just be ready for a lively, busy environment!

This particular restaurant satisfied my craving for Asian food, located next to the Red Light District. Service was very helpful and friendly, food was just as good! Was also interesting to see the Asian staff speak Norwegian also to other customers. Great place to get your Asian food fix when traveling here.

We thought about leaving before placing our order but decided to bear it out since we were craving Sichuan. The chicken and the green beans were my favorites. It was really nice being able to taste the Sichuan peppers on the dishes. All together, great food but uncomfortable dining experience.

Their menu is impressively large and the dining room is small but inviting. Prices are quite high, but you are in a tourist area. We ordered a Kung pao chicken and a chicken fried rice to share. We both had a very weird 'chemical' taste that would occasionally occur with the Kung pao but neither of us could figure out what it was. The chicken fried rice was fine but contained very little chicken. My house white wine at 4.5 was fine as well as hubby had a Heineken. The biggest issue was the many Gnats that just descended on us once our wine arrived. If you zoom in on the picture, there were quite a few just hanging out after our plate we removed. We have been to many restaurants since we arrived here and this is the first with this issue. It got even worse once our food arrived. Very irritating. Service was just ok. We were here at a weird time because we are very jet lagged and trying to get on the time zone (needed dinner early). The staff were having their dinner so we felt a bit of a nuisance. Bill was about 50 euro.
