Easy to order over the phone, preparation time was super fast (10 minutes for my order) and pick up was quick & easy. It was clean & the cashier was nice & polite. I go to the University right next to this location & on this night, my boyfriend & I hadn't had a chance to eat due to athletics & work, so this food hit the spot! We got 2 combination plates: Sesame Chicken for me, Chicken & Broccoli for my boyfriend, both came with a generous amount of fried rice, egg roll, and fortune cookie. Our food tasted great & fresh. Didn't care for the Lo Mein noodles I ordered. The service was quick not a long wait time and very polite.

The food leaves a lot to be desired. The fried rice is just white rice with cumin added gif a yellow color. It is bland. With no seasoning and very little shrimp. The meat in the pepper steak is rubbery and poor quality. It has too much liquid also. They take a long time to prepare the food ordered and the prices have been increased, not the quality. They are not that customer friendly. It is a take out type restaurant with only a table or two to sit at to eat. The interior is dull and lacking. Anyone who thinks this is a great place must not have frequented other Asian restaurants. I give it one star. read more

I INTENTIONALLY moved to the area in 2017. I have lived near some of the best Asian food in the world China Town in NY. My expectations are high. I love all kinds of Asian food and always have a standby hard to mess with order that lets me make a judgement on whether a place can be experimented with: Pork fried rice and General Tso's chicken. I have tried a number of area options and have had: 1-tell me that fried eggs in the rice are extra 2-tell me that chopsticks are extra This place is great. They are consistent. They are clean. My opinion is that this is the best "take out" Chinese restaurant in the Rocky Mount area. I pass multiple to get here. Food is always tasty and piping hot, even after the 13 minute ride back to the house. Friendly enough staff as well, haha what would you expect from a take out Chinese Restaurant? My recommendation would be the General Tso's chicken and take it up a notch in the spicy category, white rice, & egg roll. read more

This restaurant is about five minutes away from 95 and located in a small shopping plaza next to Giant Food. It is fairly small with 4-5 tables but clean and well-lit. I ordered house special fried rice, steamed dumplings, beef with mushrooms, sweet and sour pork, and steamed broccoli. The dumplings were a hit for my children. The food is cooked just right, not too greasy or salty, per my request. The process of order was easy. Hearing that we would eat at the restaurant but would take out the leftovers, the waitress was thoughtful to pack our meals neatly in the box. That way, we could be on our way quickly. This place is terrible. The smallest and worst egg roll I've ever had. Boneless spare ribs were just gooey fat and cartilage. The beef in the beef and broccoli was very poor quality but the broccoli was actually pretty good. The next time I had to stay over I chose the McDonalds across the parking lot. read more

We just pulled in off the highway and were pleasantly surprised at how great this place was! The food was fresh and delicious. The orange chicken was excellent as were the dumplings. We would definitely recommend this restaurant & if we lived here it would be a regular on our list! read more

Been here twice for lunch special. First time got Kung Pao chicken, pretty tasty. Second time I got Shrimp Chow Mein. Chow Mein veggies were a little watery but overall both meals were fast, inexpensive and the place is very clean. read more
