Temple Activities:
Daily Morning Service at 8:30 a.m.
Friday Meditation Class from 6 p.m.
Regular Sunday Service (Once Monthly) from 10 a.m.

-Ancestor memorial services may be performed at any time. We invite requests for these services.
-Among the special prayers that may be requested there are prayers for the health of individuals or families, business success, prayers for safe delivery, infant's first blessing, prayers for safe travel and a good marriage. Home purification and office blessings may also be requested.
In keeping with the spirit of the Lotus Sutra, the Honolulu Myohoji does not discriminate against any religion or sect. All are welcome to worship at our temple.
History
Established in 1930.
Honolulu Myohoji Mission was established in 1930 by Rev. Nisshu Kobayashi of the Kenpon Hokke-Order in Kyoto, Japan.
In May of 1954, the Venerable Rev. Nittatsu Fujii of Nihonzan Myohoji presented the Mission with a Busshari (Buddha's Relics).
In May of 1968, the first Peace Tower in Honolulu, which includes the temple's main prayer hall, was realized.
In 1979, the Honolulu Myohoji was admitted into the Nichiren Order (Nichiren-shu).
In 1983, the Honolulu Myohoji Japanese Cultural Center was built to support the development of Japanese culture.
In 2015, the Honolulu Myohoji celebrated the 85th anniversary of its founding.

October, 2006 Graduated from Santa Cecilia Conservatory of Music Rome, Italy. Earned Diploma in Music.

May 19, 2008 Installed into Ministerial Rank. (Nichiren-Shu, Japan)
September, 2008 Instructor of the retreat in Renko-ji Temple (Milan, Italy)
May, 2009~July, 2009 Training as an Overseas Minister. (Sarnath, India)
Currently, Head Minister of Honolulu Myohoji Temple.
