Panoramic of the vineyards

Certainly has potential... Came here for the chocolate/wine event. A very beautiful vineyard, views, and building. But the wine was just ok

We visited as part of a weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. I cannot stop raving about the benefit of a place which produces both beer and wine for tasting. We enjoyed both a beer tasting and wine tasting as well as a fantastic cheese and meat plate. My husband purchased some beer to take home and share with friends and I think I have found the first Chardonnay that I have ever found to be drinkable.

I can't speak any more highly of this place. Whether you're a wine or a beer person you will enjoy this spot. All the staff is knowledgeable and makes wonderful recommendations. Fair tasting room pricing. A must see spot in Jacksonville.

I came upon this little tasting room while googling things to do in Southern Vermont. I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. First, the staff was very friendly. We had to wait to start our tasting, so they have us a glass of wine while we waited. Second, you can't beat the prices. We paid $5 for the entire flight, which was I think 8 wines. We also got a little cheese and salami board for $3.50. Third, the setting and location are beautiful! After our flight, my husband and I grabbed another glass of wine and headed outside to enjoy the nice weather and gorgeous scenery. There are picnic tables strewn across a grassy field, with a little pond and hills of tress in the backdrop. I think this place is a little gem and we will definitely be back!

Stopped in and tested some wine. No thrills. Staff member wasn't very interactive with us and didn't bother rinsing our the wine glass.

I'm normally more of a beer person but opted to do the wine option and I'm glad I did!

They then let you know you can sample 4 different spirits, my wife and I declined on this part only due to the fact we stopped at the nearby brewery first. We went right into picking our cocktails. Next time we definitely would do the sampling. Cocktail wise their current menu was broken into three different sections, those being Vodka, Bourbon, and lastly moonshine. An extra category on the bottom did include two mocktails as well. I thought the cocktails were extremely reasonable either being $11 or $13. I got their peach smash which was a really good drink utilizing their honey bourbon and peach liqueur which was balanced so well! My wife got their French martini that utilized their vodka and raspberry liqueur and came in a frosted glass. We loved both of the drinks and even though my wife typically is not a bourbon fan she liked mine. While we enjoyed our drinks inside and appreciated the atmosphere of the inside including the decor the true view is outside. Enjoy your cocktail while taking in the view, you can be on the patio or at a table or chair at the overlook. Can snap some amazing photos that's for sure! To sum it up, friendly and welcoming staff who make delicious cocktails with a great setting inside and out!

Think of this not as a winery as you would in the California style. It's a liqueur tasting that enhances the finer agriculture of Vermont. Ginger liqueur is wonderful- sweet with strong flavors and I already knew it would make wonderful mixed drinks. The chocolate liqueur was delicious as was the apple maple wine. All sweet so go with the perspective of how to enrich a wine based cocktail or a champagne cocktail. If you're a dessert wine lover it's definitely for you. We ended up buying ginger and apple maple. Go try out the tasting and decide for yourself!

Kim walked us through each sip and went further in recommending a stellar restaurant in nearby Brattleboro. Kim was so friendly and kind to all five of us, even though she was in the midst of a tasting with another group. This didn't effect the attention she showed us in the slightest. We will be ordering their cranberry wine two months from due to how lovely the experience and the taste was. If you're in the area and would like a variety of dry to sweet fruit wines and liqueurs, please stop by and tell Kim hello for us!
