Submitted an application to this place for a vehicle and worked with Zach who supposedly consulted finance mgr Brennan or Brelin (whomever, doesn't matter). I personally felt like there was not full disclosure nor honesty from the start so we should have stopped then, but instead we continued the process. We were working strictly with cooperate financing, without personal guarantee. If you know what this mean, this is applying via business EIN only, no personal SSN. There was a request more than once to apply using SSN with surety that it can get to more creditors as well as lower interest that could result in lower monthly payments. I did not approve of SSN, wanted to see what it would be in business only; payments were outrageous(don't know the real truth of this), and when asked what was the interest on the approval, Zach said he did not have this info and that only finance mgr would have it(Well I definitely don't believe this). I decided to use SSN to see what terms and payments would look like, but ONLY as a SOFT PULL. Zach understood and assured me that this would be a SOFT pull so that we would be able to compare and see where the numbers would be, BEFORE a hard pull and affecting credit. My credit was hit hard 3 times only to learn that the payments would be higher anyway, and then later lets us know that the vehicle of interest was already sold, trying to offer another make vehicle that was a little less; Hmmmm, go figure. I reached out to the company via email and no response, but received responses all day in as soon as 15 minutes when I was a potential customer. There are at least 2 other discrepancies I could name, but will not for the sake of this already long review. Understand that there are several companies, all over the world, with the same vehicles that you could shop. I would not shop here unless you're ok with dishonesty.
