The tech immediately said he would take a look at it. After a few minutes, he came back and explained that I had a Freon leak and needed to get it serviced for a long term repair. Then offered to fill it for the trip to keep cool in the car. We need more businesses like this in the world. I woke up today (a Saturday) to discover that my right front tire was flat. The car was parked in…read moremy driveway. I called my local Firestone - they were open until 3 pm, but they didn't have the tire I needed at their store. They said they would see if they could locate one. I called AAA to get a tow to the Firestone. Firestone called me back to tell me that they had located one at one of the other Firestone stores - and they were sending one of their employees to pick it up. AAA tow truck arrived and I rode with them to the Firestone. They had the tire I needed - installed it - and I was good to go! (And it was affordable, too.) I felt that they had gone above and beyond to get the tire I needed and to get it installed before they closed. I have used this Firestone in the past and have always had good service from them. I would definitely recommend them!

I'm NEVER going back to this horrible excuse for a "service" business ever again, and wouldn't recommend anyone else waste their time or money at this dump either. I wouldn't buy tires here if it was the last place in town . They have previously rotated and balanced my tires that shook worse than before they touched the car and then when I went to a different Goodyear in Nashville I was told that the Goodyear in covington (Hwy 21) did not balance them correctly, horrible horrible service - if you can even get it. I wouldn't take free tires from them
