TWICE I was supposed to have balloon sinuplasty procedure with Lisa Perry-Gilkes and TWICE they messed up. I've been trying to have this procedure done before the year is over as I have reached my deductible and OPX with BCBS for this year so everything is free for me until 2022. My allergies have gotten worse causing me terrible sinus pressure and pain, chronic sinus infections, ear pain, etc. I had one of my sinuses done with a different office already. The first time I ended up canceling because I ended up in the hospital extremely sick. When I got out I tried scheduling again and the woman that was supposed to put me back on the schedule never did nor did anyone ever contact me about it. Come to find out she quit and that's why. I called requesting to speak with the manager (can't remember her name but I have spoken with her before) that is over the office about that issue. I could never get in contact with her which is a MAJOR issue with this office and alot of their negative reviews confirm this. You have to call MULTIPLE times to speak with management and they'll lie and tell you they'll call you back and never do. It's a game of phone tag with these unprofessional clowns. So I scheduled again to go in for another suspected sinus infection but again to have the balloon procedure. Drove all the way there in the rain (15 mins so not bad), waited an hour and a half, only for the rude front desk woman not tell me Perry was running late. I asked the woman multiple times what is the hold up but she wouldn't tell me or even give me an estimated time of how much longer. Everyone that came before and after me, including the woman that had been there 2hrs, were seen and left. I think Perry was deliberately making me wait. I walked out and I again called and attempted to speak with the manager about that but they wouldn't get her on the phone. A few weeks later I ended up speaking to Kacey Phillips who said she was the director of the surgery department/facility and you couldn't go higher than her. I told her what happened but that I wanted my gas money reimbursed for my time wasted. If a patient is running late they have no problems refusing to see you or will charge outrageous fees for late or missed appointments and even appointments not canceled "on time". When you call the annoying automated lady tells you to show up on time so doctors can spend enough time with you lol. They don't show you the same courtesy they demand of you. That morning "Dr" Perry made a woman wait over 2hrs to be seen and another patient was turned away for not having her insurance card and it was an allergy injection visit. The patient drove from Jackson but front desk chick didn't care. After that patient left I still wasn't called back and I got tired of waiting and walked out. Kacey, at the time was nice, explained one of the girls was no longer there, apologized, and asked me to give them another chance to make it right. Stupid me did and I went to that bogus nurse visit. They were supposed to call me back about medications for the procedure after I went to my pain doctor. They had Ashley call me to tell me Dr.Perry wasn't going to perform the procedure and that it's better if Dr.Livermore does it under general anesthesia. At first that's what I wanted but decided to just do it in the office and get it over with. FYI I've already had one sinus done and it wasn't bad. It's just weird hearing your bones crackling as they break them. Plus I have anxiety but you are given anxiety meds as part of their med combo they give you. Anyway I told Ashley no and I am NOT consenting to a surgery under general anesthesia and have to go through the whole process all over. Meeting with a new doctor and one that has bad reviews, having to have another nurse visit, do a hospital pre op, etc etc. It would just unnecessarily prolong it into 2022 and it wouldn't be free anymore. I called to try and speak with Kacey and she never returned my call wasn't surprised. I sent Kacey an email a week ago and she ignored that as well. Yesterday they had a 2nd woman in Dr.Livermore's office call me to schedule the surgery. I again told her no I am not wanting to go under general anesthesia and that if Dr.Perry doesn't want to do the procedure then she needs to have the overies to call me and tell me and stop wasting my time. The woman said she would find out what is going on and call me back. Not expecting a call back given their track record. I spoke to Livermore's surgery scheduler Latisha a week ago and told her the same thing. She said she would have Ashley call me but of course she never did. I am DONE with this place, their incompetence, and unprofessionalism. I'd advise others to run away and not do business with this awful establishment and Dr.Perry.

Having a good connection with your Physical is a plus. I take that perspective a bit further in acknowledging the patient care team who ultimately makes the Physical & the practice successful. Eyana (Business Manager), Brianna (RN) & Latisha (Front Desk) really worked well together ensuring the patients were cared for & in a timely manner. There's another location in Sandy Springs where they offer the same scope of services - care plans for nasal congestion, breathing issues, facial pain, sleep apnea & administers allergy/flu shots. Aside from the nonsurgical treatments the practice also performs minimally invasive surgeries for in-office for patient convenience. I took an updated allergy test & got some really good insight from Dr. McKean who interacts more conversational as opposed to medical textbook Q&A. My son has Graves Disease & I passed along Dr. McKean's information as I was well impressed with my care & treatment options.

Good Evening Fellow parents,…read more I would like to start off by saying that this office was referred to me by my sister as my niece used to go here. The reason why I am giving this office a 1 star is because of the level of care. We book an appointment early in the morning to be seen for the first time. I waited over an hour and a half to be seen. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 am but was not seen until nearly an hour and half b/c of how busy this office is with lots of people. I would like to mention that the issue did not happen in the Riverdale office but rather in the Stockbridge office that they recently combined. It was the initial visit for my newborn and he had a diaper rash that wouldn't go away so I waited patiently to be seen. The lady at the front desk had a bad attitude when checking you in, the nurses in the practice that I encountered were nice. The female dr that saw my son answered all of my questions and concerns however I did not feel that we connected to continue seeing her. Nonetheless, I took her advise regarding my son's rash which happen to be an Yeast infections. She prescribed ointment and we did the treatment at home. The rash wouldn't go away after a few days and this truly worry me. I called the office and spoke to a nurse who mention to mix the ointment with hydrocortisone and Destin and see a difference. I took the advise and did not see any improvement. After researching online, I ended up using corn starch one time and the rash cleared up. I did used hydrocortisone afterwards to help heal. During the checkout process in the initial visit, the lady was short, no eye contact and was only there to book 2 - 3 appointments in advance. I only booked the 2nd visit and did not want to do any more bookings. The big issue happened with them when I signed a medical release form to switch practices because I did not feel that this practice care and did not like the check in process and the things I saw while seating with other clients. This practice was crowded and the process felt rushed and asking questions felt like bothersome. I called the office the day before my last appointment to confirm and they advised me that we were still scheduled for the next day only to come in wait another 35 minutes for them to tell me that they cannot take me since I am changing practices. This all could have been avoided with a phone call. I was so upset about the process because the medical release forms were signed over a week and a half prior to the appointment and supposedly they had faxed the information on that Tuesday prior to my Friday appointment that week. I left quite upset however remained professionally and called the office once I was calm to ask for them to send me the medical records directly. I paid $25.00 since the previous practice claimed that they hadn't received the forms. I believe the office manager or a staff provided me the information right away and I did not look back afterwards. I do not recommend this practice b/c of the multitude of clients, the process feels rush, the care does not appear genuine and some of the staff are not friendly. I would think twice than providing your money to a practice that does not uphold customer service or care standards. Thank you.
