Back in November 2024, we received a…read morecall from Victoria Davidson requesting a clean-out at Vintage at Chehalis Senior Apartment Homes. We provided an estimate based on the pictures sent via email. Once on-site, we quickly realized the scope of work was far more extensive than anticipated. The job required significantly more labor, as it was on the third floor with only stair access, making removal much more difficult and time-consuming. To reflect the actual volume, weight, and labor involved, we adjusted the invoice accordingly. After submitting the revised invoice, Victoria refused to pay, stating it exceeded the original estimate. She showed no compassion or understanding of the intensiveness of the job, despite the clear increase in labor and difficulty. In an effort to maintain good client relationships and uphold our integrity, we decided to take the loss and issued an invoice for the original estimate instead. Even after numerous attempts to collect payment, NobleWest LLC has refused to pay their outstanding invoice. We are writing this review as a warning to contractors, real estate agents, and businesses--proceed with caution when working with NobleWest LLC. Their lack of professionalism, refusal to acknowledge the realities of the job, and unwillingness to pay for services rendered is unacceptable. We highly advise others to reconsider doing business with them. I hired Pete at Proshine to clean all exterior windows. I…read morehad used them before and was pleased. The two employes I had did not seem to be totally aware of window cleaning. Had to call them back for redoing an all glass storm door, probably the easiest glass to be cleaned. Then I was cleaning interior and saw that part of the large exterior windows was totally untouched. Pete stopped by while I was cleaning my north roof and said they could do that. I agreed. They used a rough/stiff plastic broom that I would never use on my three tab. After they left I saw that one of the tabs was broken off. Pete denies any responsibility. Cost of replacement of that half of the roof is $8600. I will not use them again. use them, Now the screen portion of that same storm door is missing. The only way it would have been removed is when it was cleaned by the employees. Professional screen repair person says he does not have the ability to replace. I now have insects of all kinds in the house from mosquitoes to tiny green critter about 1 mm big. What do I do? Only thing I can figure out is to tape screen wire over the opening. Ugh. Three things wrong in one visit. I think it was not adequately training new employes. The one must have never cleaned a window in their life. Not cheap. Previously excellent, will not hire them again.
