First off just like most people who unfortunately have to be towed, it was THE WORST TIME and my biggest fear being stuck in the hot desert coming back from Vegas. And sure enough my fear came true and we desperately needed help. Not only did ARC towing save the day but they were so personable with us. They were understanding with our dilemma and treated us like friends and not a dollar sign. The owner and myself talked for awhile as our driver was loading up our car and I felt taken care of and treated like someone you've known for awhile. They towed our vehicle from their shop in Barstow all the way to Murrieta CA and didn't charge the arm and the leg that anyone else quoted us for. The driver Jeffrey was so friendly and personable that we talked the entire time about so many different topics and it really helped keep our minds away from the situation we were stuck in. From the dispatcher, to the owner, to Jeffrey, I cannot thank you enough for getting us out of the situation we were in and I never thought in a million years that you could find such great customer service in the middle of nowhere. After going off-roading in Fawnskin, our car died deep in the woods--truly the middle of nowhere. We called AAA, who sent Kevin from A-Performance Towing, and he arrived quickly. He immediately diagnosed the issue and assured us it wasn't the alternator, as I had suspected. With it being a holiday weekend, only one shop was open, and Kevin recommended we tow it there. He was right--our battery was completely done. An hour later, with a new one installed, we were back on the road. Feeling confident, we went off-roading again... and four hours later, the truck stalled again. AAA dispatched A-Performance Towing once more. We were much farther up the mountain this time, and my signal was so spotty that my location was pinging miles away. The owner, Corey, personally called me, knew the trails well, and still managed to find us. He navigated rough terrain, got us safely out, and provided incredibly helpful insight. It was clear the issue was more serious than a battery. Corey recommended towing to a dealership since no local shop could likely diagnose it over the holiday weekend. He even called the Dodge dealership in Moreno Valley himself to coordinate and make sure we could speak directly with the service manager. The level of professionalism was truly outstanding. This morning, their driver Reyes towed my truck to the dealership and was an absolute pleasure to work with--friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Most people don't expect exceptional service from towing companies, but A-Performance Towing is in a league of its own. From Kevin to Corey to Reyes, every one of them went above and beyond to take care of us, offering guidance, support, and genuine care when we needed it most.
