I was in the middle of nowhere, so there were a few nerve-racking minutes before I saw the sign for gas. I pulled over, and sure enough, one of my tires was very low. Luckily, they had an air pump at this gas station. So I filled it up and got on the road, hoping the slow air leak in my tire would hold until I got to Barstow. After about an hour or more and another air pump stop, I arrived in Barstow. Luckily, I could find Frankie's West Coast Tires on my phone, and they were one of the two or three that were still open. When I got there, there were two other cars ahead of me. But Frankie (I took the liberty of calling him Frankie) was working at an amazingly fast pace. In less than fifteen minutes, my turn came up. In less than 10 minutes, he fixed the flat on my tire that was caused by a giant screw and got me back on the road! I loved the service and the efficiency. Frankie, as I call him, was very personable and nice. I hope you never run into this situation, but Frankie's is a great option if you do.

First off just like most people who unfortunately have to be towed, it was THE WORST TIME and my biggest fear being stuck in the hot desert coming back from Vegas. And sure enough my fear came true and we desperately needed help. Not only did ARC towing save the day but they were so personable with us. They were understanding with our dilemma and treated us like friends and not a dollar sign. The owner and myself talked for awhile as our driver was loading up our car and I felt taken care of and treated like someone you've known for awhile. They towed our vehicle from their shop in Barstow all the way to Murrieta CA and didn't charge the arm and the leg that anyone else quoted us for.
