    I was house sitting for my sister and expected to be in town for at least two to three weeks…read more During that time my phone had just been hanging on for dear life - overheating like crazy! I gave in and decided it was time for an upgrade. I have always been reluctant to upgrade my devices in fear of losing anything... whether it be login info, pics, etc... This store was a town over and filled with customers on a weeknight. There were four reps consulting with families and maybe three customers ahead of me in line. Not much on inventory - in fact, slim to none on iPhone options... but that's the case everywhere nowadays. Eddie could only offer me a choice between blue or green. Nonetheless, I was happy just to get a new device! There was a promotion going on for their Verizon Internet Gateway cube: 30 days for free and just $35/mth for internet service! I was paying $125/mth thru Spectrum back home in LA and the service was constantly experiencing outages. It was aggravating! I was a bit leery about the rep just kind of tacking on another accessory just to hit those commission quotas sales reps are forced to meet in this industry. Plus, I had no way of knowing if this thing was going to actually work back home in LA. We only have Spectrum in my area. Eddie convinced me that it would work as long as there was a 5g tower close by. He also informed me that I could return it within 30 days at no cost to me. I went back home to my sister's.... Plugged it in... it worked like a charm! Easy set up. Strong signal. I decided to look up Verizon internet in my area by entering my home zip code into the Verizon website - Not Available. I call in to corporate and ask if it'll work at my house and tell them I was told that no matter what, it would work EVEN if Verizon isn't in my area yet, as long as there are 5g towers in my city. The corporate rep says they have no idea why I was given this especially since it shows on their service map that it would never work in my home. I go right back to the store in Santa Maria. Pissed. Feeling had. Knowing full well that commission is a monster that breeds all these frivolous add ons that cellphone reps push. Eddie is nowhere to be found. He's at lunch with his buddy. I wait. He comes back and I just explain that I don't want to deal with having to have to go all the way home in a couple weeks to discover this thing doesn't work and then have to jump through hoops to return it before the 30 days is up. He plugs it in. It fires up. He looks up my address and it's not on their service map. It's not even offered in my area! He insists it will work. He had just sold a ton of these at the LA County Fair. I explain that Pomona is far from my place! LOL! We go back and forth and he's nice. There's no reason for me to not like him - I just did not want to deal with any future hassles in case this thing didn't work. I was there for probably an hour. It came down to just having to have to trust his word for it. Two weeks later, I get home and that's the first thing I did was plug this thing in! Lol! It has been working like a charm since June! I use it everywhere! Even when I'm in my car! My humble apologies and many thanks to Eddie Osuna/Store Manager. Great service!

During my visit last night, I spoke with Silverado, who was professional, helpful, and attentive. As he was assisting another customer with a matter that was expected to take over 45 minutes, he kindly asked me to return the following day and offered a discount for the inconvenience. When I returned the next day, I was assisted by Alejandro, and the experience was noticeably different. The level of customer service and professionalism I received did not reflect the same standard demonstrated during my previous interaction. Due to the inconsistency in service, I do not plan on returning to this location. In my opinion they are quick to take your money and are full of empty promises..... !! I wish I didn't sign anything!
