Got home put it in the pool that same afternoon the rubber bands came off. went back to chemex for a second time. The guy said that something internally was cracked In the main frame another $350. picked it up everything was fine. Put it in the pool and the entire cover from the main frame that he replaced came off inside the pool. picked up the cover and bring it back for a third time. they didn't charge me. brought it to my house again after an hour of using it the same rubber tracking bands came off and now I'm back there for the fourth time. It's my understanding that Billy the technician doesn't work directly for the organization and is overwhelmed with many service calls. Seems to have a lot on his plate. To many customers waiting in line for repairs and only one tech to handle all of them. I'm going on my third or fourth week without having my pool, but regardless of that I'm getting the impression that this company is not the right company for maintenance on these robotic cleaners. They gave me the proper selections and advised the timing and order for the use of the products. They did not try to oversell me and took the time in a busy store to explain what they were doing. and how it would affect my water quality. I would never go to a chan store where the quality might depend on which young person handles your water analysis.

Once you walk in it's like you're in a different world. They have all kinds of plants, flowers - local and tropical. I saw some really awesome terrariums. They have a Hobbit inspired one, Star Wars, The Little Mermaid and other fairy gardens! I was mesmerized the whole time. I ended up buying a 3 tiered fountain, herbs and small statues. As I was paying, i saw some things I really wanted and went and got them...a birdcage, gourmet soups and a garden decoration. If you're a garden, plant lover, you'd better be ready to spend! There was no holding me back that day. If I could, I'd buy everything!!! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. What's great is that everyone who shops there all know each other. As I was being helped by Jackie (I think that's her name) 3 women came and talked up their fountains and how much they loved theirs. Everyone was so pleasant, informative and friendly. For customers, who didn't know each other to talk about their wonderful experiences there made it really easy for me to make my decision. Better believe, I'll be back!

The stuff they sell is definitely not cheap but they have good brands and quality products. Unlike the cheaper stuff at the big box stores you get to customize almost everything as much of it is custom-made to your specifications. As others have noted the salespeople are helpful (unlike the big box stores) and not pushy at all. This is one of those places I put in the category of "you get what you pay for". Definitely worth checking out.
